Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: stayed four weeks in a beautiful condo by the sea. Everything we needed to feel as comfortable as home was provided. Unfortunately, we happened to have a problem with the garbage disposal but the team of North Beach Vacations had it repaired within the same day. All in all, it was a great vacation away from the mud season up north!

Third time we've stayed in the complex and third different condo we've utilized. Layout of this one was different than the other two. Tighter kitchen area. Overall very clean and exactly what the description states. Perfect for a family looking to get away.

Only negative was that some of the building was under construction which we were not aware of but did not really affect us. Location was close to everything we needed. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very unhappy with the property management of this property. The offsite check-in and check-out need to be listed in the property description. Since we flew in for our trip, we did not have a car, and it was very inconvenient and cost us twice as much to Uber there to pick up the keys.

property was as advertised plenty of dishes and cooking needs property manager not very nice didnt return call to see if room was ready and was rude when we arrived told to just come back at 4 even though it was 245 and noone was in the place loce the condo but will not rent again if north beach reality handles it

Girl's Trip R & R

My friend and I absolutely loved this property! We spent so much time on the balcony of the condo in the mornings drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. We even caught the last Super Moon of 2023. The balcony view is so amazing! The amenities are as described and the beds are super comfy! The reason I gave check-in 4 stars is because it was a bit daunting upon our 10pm arrival to have to pick up keys from the rental office (not the condo location) which was about a 10 minute drive and then return keys to the rental office upon departure at 6am before heading the opposite direction to the airport. But once we got the key cards, everything went smoothly! I suppose there is probably no other way due to the rental arrangement. I'm only mentioning it so others can plan accordingly. At least we know what to expect next time. Because we are already planning to book again for next year! We loved the easy beach access, tiki bar, and location to groceries and restaurants. The condo was so spacious and beautiful and the balcony furniture helped make our stay so relaxing! Just what we both needed! 😎⛱️

We picked ip the instructions and keys after hours from the realty office then came back the next day to sign the paperwork. It’s a very easy process. We really enjoyed ourselves at the condo and hope to stay again next year.
