2017 Beach Front Construction situé au coeur de Crystal Beach - Aria

SituĂ© au cƓur de Crystal Beach, Aria est la maison en bord de mer pour vous et votre famille. Ce moderne 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain et lits pour 16 a tous les planchers stratifiĂ©s et beaucoup d'espace. La suite principale a un lit king size et une douche Ă  l'italienne. La chambre 2 a 2 lits doubles, la chambre 3 a 2 ensembles de lits superposĂ©s intĂ©grĂ©s - double / double, et la chambre 4 a un lit queen. La grande cuisine comprend un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur infĂ©rieur Ă  zĂ©ro, un grand espace de rangement et un garde-manger et dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'une barre en granit. Le bar a 5 tabourets de bar. Il y a aussi une table de salle Ă  manger avec des siĂšges pour 8. Grande terrasse avec mobilier en bois pour que vous puissiez vous dĂ©tendre et profiter d'une vue panoramique sur la plage. En bas a un bar, une douche extĂ©rieure et un barbecue. Aria est situĂ© par la route d'entrĂ©e Ă  la plage. Petits animaux acceptĂ©s avec supplĂ©ment. Draps et serviettes fournis sur demande moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires.

Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. My only wish would be more than 2 extra trash bags they were tiny. Otherwise everything was great! Watched some stellar sunrises. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for a much needed family get away!

The railing obstructed view a good bit from bedroom. Biggest issue was the bird poop everywhere in the front porch and sand all over steps when we arrived. Access to beach is a little too accessible. A car was parked right in front of the beach house with someone sitting in their car near the public bathroom the whole stay. Made us a bit uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early.

It was still an amazing get away. We ran out of toilet paper the last night we were there and couldn’t find any. No biggie. I generally bring my own supply but forgot this time while packing. Still a 5-Star stay. Hope to rent again in July 2025

So easy to get to the beach and to get to needed places on the peninsula. We definitely plan on booking this house again! Really close to the Margaritaville resort, the big store, and Stingaree’s! Was a hop, skip, and jump to the Nauti Beaver Hut! So much about this home was perfect! Well-maintained, thoughtful design, and experience enhancing features!! 10/10 would recommend!

The locked door in the kitchen for staff was unlocked and of course someone in our group locked belongings inside it, so we had to call maintenance. Also the cappuccino machine, dish washer, and also washer didn't work properly. Crystal Beach was great, the property had some issues that needed to be addressed.
