This was our second time staying at Casa Marysol. We loved it just as much this time. The location is perfect just a block from the malecon. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The pool area is private and relaxing. The balconies are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail with a view of the bay. The beds are comfortable. The host communicated very well and helped provide us with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler rental for our stay. Previous reviews have mentioned the noise at night from a club down the street which we experience in our previous stay, however the club is gone, so it was very quiet at night. The kitchen is well stocked, and the addition of a bidet since our last visit was a nice touch. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Marysol both times and can't wait to visit again in the future!

The house was very clean and inviting. We also felt very safe in the community. The pool was great just a little too warm. But that was due to the extreme heat outside and nothing to do with the property! If given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

La Paz!

Really beautiful property. Was honestly better than the pictures make it look. The location was perfect - we could walk down to the sea and the Malecón from the house and we were close to a grocery store. Both balconies were amazing and the pool area was gorgeous. Great for instagram pics if that’s your jam.

Week in La Paz

Thoroughly enjoyed our week, great for 2 couples! The pool was perfect and the outdoor space(s) were a bonus. Enjoyed visiting the Saturday market and bringing fresh vegetables and fruit home to prepare. Excellent location, near restaurants and the Malecon. We'll definitely be back! The home is in a residential area so you do hear a lot of barking dogs and loud music on the weekends, we wore earplugs at night, which were provided for us.

Property is in a great location, close to downtown, restaurants and to malecon, pool was perfect to enjoy as a family, everything was working fine at the property, a little bit of noise at nights due to a night club close by and some barking dogs.

Honeymoon Stay

Casa Marysol was our third stop in Baja for our honeymoon, and after staying in hotels this was the perfect place for us. We loved the privacy, the proximity to the malecon and of course the pool! Ana Carolina was a fantastic host and super communicative. She gave us great recommendations for beaches and places to visit in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Also - we LOVED Vid’ah Bistro only a block away from the house - it became our regular breakfast spot during our stay.

Great Location and Cute Place

My wife and I stayed in LaPaz for 3 days before we went to Cabo to our timeshare. I highly recommend staying at this place in LaPaz. The private pool & hottub was so nice to come home from walking/sightseeing/shopping and just relax and enjoy a cocktail! It’s a must stay!

The perfect sanctuary

We stayed after traveling around Baja for a week camping and Casa Marysol was the perfect place to regroup before going home. The private gated parking was amazing as we had a rental car, and the laundry was super convenient. We loved the refreshing pool, colorful decor and rooftop terrace with views of the harbor. Better than the pictures!

Great stay for the money

Casa Marysol is a great value. Stayed for 5 weeks and our only problem with the set up is the barking dogs and at times, construction next door at the non profit. Ana Carolina is a great host!

House near the Harbor/Boardwalk/Malacon

The place was perfect for our stay. Close the water, restaurants and activities. Great time had by all. Just make to bring earplugs as the area has many restaurants and bars that go late on Friday and Saturday but very quiet the rest of the week. Highly recommend this property

Our stay at Casa Marysol was great! The property was clean, and very accommodating with everything we needed for our stay. It has a very interesting floor plan with many different areas and patios. The private patio in front of the house is a nice feature providing a buffer between the street and our accommodations. Big windows throughout the house provide excellent views and natural lighting. One area that surprised me, which wasn’t clear from the property description, was full garage access, large enough to fit my big Toyota Tundra (Often times with these vacation rentals the garage is off limits; usually a storage space for the property owners) so that was great! The neighborhood is charming with lots of offerings within walking distance, and the location by the malecon couldn’t be better. The kitchen was well equipped, with good quality pots and pans and decent set of cooking knives which to my surprise were quite sharp. The only thing I would recommend is a few more Tupperware containers for leftovers storage. One of the reasons we selected this rental was a proper large screen smart T.V. situated at the correct level for comfortable viewing. The pool area was very nice, with plenty of shade surrounded by palms and fruit trees. It has an excellent poolside charcoal grilling space. The bedrooms were large and well lit, with comfortable beds, good quality linens and pillows, (not the cheap, thin linens that are common in Mexico). No handrails in the stairs for the elderly

Beautiful escape

The house was stunning!! Beautiful rooms with balconies amd great views!! Short walk to the Malecon, great restaurants and the cutest ice cream shop. My daughter tried a new flavor every night!! Everyone was very friendly and even met previous tenants!

perfect location

The location is perfect, just a block from the MalecĂłn. Numerous restaurants, you can walk everywhere. The house and pool were great! So many different options to sit outside. Host was very responsive and even arranged an in house massage. When we return to La Paz we will certainly rebook Casa Marysol. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect home in La Paz

This house was ideally located and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in La Paz. It was nicely decorated, clean, the beds so comfortable, plenty of space and seating for 4 people with all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was just perfect, shaded in the afternoon. The neighborhood around had several great restaurants and a convenience store nearby and lovely to be just a block up from the Malecon.

Memorable New Years Eve

My husband and I selected La Paz to welcome the new year. The location of Marysol allows walking to the waterfront, neighborhood restaurants, and other interesting sites. Check in was very smooth and communication with the property manager was stellar. I would highly recommend Casa Marysol to anyone wanting a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Because Casa Marysol is so fresh and spacious. You will love the balcony of the main bedroom with a view of the Sea of Cortez in the morning. It has a beautiful view on the terrace too. It is very well located. Our lovely malecon is only one block away.
