Muddy Feet Retreat - Un chalet confortable sur le ruisseau Loyalsock

Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se reposer du quotidien. Notre cabine au bord du ruisseau est parfaite pour les familles qui souhaitent profiter de l'ambiance du ruisseau Loyalsock.

La propriĂ©tĂ© offre une cuisine complĂšte; avec cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetiĂšre Ă©lectrique, casseroles et poĂȘles, etc. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sont sur place.

La piÚce maßtresse du bas est une table en noyer cendré de 10 personnes, avec une vue imprenable sur la crique; parfait pour les dßners de famille, les cartes ou les jeux et faire des souvenirs. Profitez de vos matinées et de vos soirées avec vue sur le Loyalsock depuis notre véranda, à la table de pub ou sur les chaises Adirondack.

La cabine comprend deux chambres à coucher; chambre 1 a un lit complet, chambre 2 a deux lofts jumeaux sur deux lits queen, 8 personnes. La propriété a un demi-bain au rez-de-chaussée et un bain aux trois quarts à l'étage.

WiFi est disponible, tandis que le service cellulaire est limité.

** Notre cabine est Ă©levĂ©e pour ĂȘtre hors de la plaine inondable. L'accĂšs au premier Ă©tage se fait par un escalier.

Nous sommes situés à moins de 2 km du restaurant Pier 87 et des sportifs regroupés du comté de Lycoming. Courte distance en voiture de State Game Lands, de Ryder Park, du comté de Sullivan ou du centre-ville de Williamsport.

Pour profiter de votre sĂ©jour au ruisseau, nous avons des chaises Adirondack, un foyer, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois, une table et des chaises d'extĂ©rieur et un lit pivotant qui surplombe le ruisseau. DĂ©fiez vos amis Ă  Cornhole ou Ă  fers Ă  cheval. Profitez de la crique en pĂȘchant (matĂ©riel de pĂȘche de base fourni), en kayak (kayaks non fournis) ou tout simplement vous rafraĂźchir dans l’eau. * Veuillez noter que les niveaux des ruisseaux montent et descendent rapidement, nous vous recommandons de faire preuve de prudence et d'entrer dans le ruisseau Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. There are neighbors but not on top of each other. The laundry was in the kitchen and easy to access. There was no tv but it was nice to not have it.

Cute cabin on Loyalsock Creek. Simple, everything i used (propane grill, toaster, stove, washer/Dryer) worked without issues. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, the screened in deck was great to sit out, i had a number of dinners there. The pallet, bed-sized swing, overlooking the creek was my favorite place to read. Good sized fire ring, was able to make a nice camp fire. It was a perfect cabin for a vacation that was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Quiet cabin that exceeded expectations. Easy check in, convenient location, plenty of amenities, screened in porch, bald eagles and nature.. doesn't get much better than this. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you for having us, Dana!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin in the Pennsylvania mountains. It’s a really charming, peaceful spot right by the river, perfect for a quiet getaway. The cabin had a rustic charm—yes, a bit of cobweb here and there, and we did hear hunters in the distance sometimes, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Overall, it was a lovely, calm retreat. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

The cabin was very prepared and clean. The sticky buns were delicious and everything was working well and we felt very safe. We had a great time! The creek was low so we couldn’t swim but the crawfish were fun to play with.

We loved Muddy Feet! My family stayed there for the LLBWS. My sons loved being right on the creek and spent most of their time in it. We loved that there was no tv and very little service, so everyone (including my husband and I), had to unplug. It was wonderful. The porch was our favorite spot for coffee in the morning, and the huge table was perfect for dinner and games in the evening. It was exactly what we needed!

Muddy Feet retreat is a cozy cabin right on the creek. It was the perfect place for our family getaway! Check-in was easy and the cabin was clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was available. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the screen porch and took in all the breathtaking views. Relaxed and napped on the beautiful patio area. Creek was so peaceful to take a dip or lounge on a tube. Host Dana was so accommodating! Highly recommend visiting!

Short stay in July

The property is very nice. The description was accurate. My husband and I took our three grandsons all under 10. I didn't realize the den was small ....there was only a couch and chair, we couldn't all sit down together. The table was impressive but took up a lot of the den. The kitchen was huge in comparison to the den. It has a nice screened in porch off the den. The weather was a let down, which no one can control. We weren't able to swim or fish because the creek was too swift and too high from all the rainfall. The upstairs bedroom is very nice. The queen beds have a lot of space on the sides, I wish there would've been bed railings to block the kids from falling off while sleeping. I didn't get much sleep for fear one of them would fall off the bed. Overall this place is a great place for adults to relax and enjoy themselves.

Living Large on the Sock

We spent many hour just sitting on the screened deck enjoying the creek and the mountain air with family and friends who live in the area. We spent a day exploring waterfalls in nearby Sullivan County.I rate Muddy Feet Retreat as one of the best VRBO stays I’ve had. Dana was prompt with all communications, the price is very reasonable and the amenities are many.

Little League World Series Trip

Good location to stay for little league World Series. Easy 20 min drive to the complex. Screen porch over looking the creek is a great spot. Coffee for the full stay was provided along with some welcome pastries, juice and bottled water. As the listing and other reviewers mention, the driveway down to the property from the road is quite steep/rough. Pulling out onto the main road is a bit scary as it’s difficult to see oncoming traffic coming over a hill while getting up the driveway.

Beautiful Cabin

The Muddy Feet Retreat is a great place to unplug and spend quality time with family and friends. Our stay had some bad, potentially dangerous weather and Dana was wonderful! Kept in touch daily due to the weather. We will return!

Relaxing

This is the perfect place to stay for some rest and relaxation. Our group stayed for 4 days. We had a blast. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the area. It was so peaceful to sit and watch the creek. The house was clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable the house had everything we needed. The host really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. And we appreciated it so much. I can not say enough good things about this place. It’s exactly what we all needed. Thank you and we can’t wait to go back!
