WELCOME TO SUNCADIA CABIN
In the resort core of Suncadia on Cake Box Lane and located on the 18th Fairway of the Prospector Golf Course. The perfect retreat for multiple couples or 2-3 families. (No Pets).

*Minimum age to rent is 25, no party groups. Please respect our home as you would your own during your stay. The number of guests you book for is the max number of guests that can be on the property day or night. No additional day time guests or events on the property.

THE SPACE:
This original Suncadia gem has recently been upgraded and is ready to host your next getaway. Located on a quiet street and with year-round outdoor living at it's finest, this cabin lives large with a private hot tub, two fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating for both dining & lounging with spectacular views of the 18th fairway.

Designed with comfort in mind, the cabin is outfitted with RH and Pottery Barn furnishings and linens to make you feel right at home in the mountains. The main living space is open concept with an oversized island and swivel seating for 5, dining table for 4 and a spacious kitchen with Viking gas range and everything you need to make a family dinner. The extremely well stocked kitchen also offers a built-in wine fridge and countertop nugget ice maker, so you'll be ready for cocktail hour. There is also an extra fridge/freezer in the garage for your use during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to the entire property as well as Suncadia's Parks, Golf Courses, Spa, Trails and Resort Experiences.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**We are unable to offer access to the Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged Suncadia's "resort fee."

Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway (do not block neighbors access) or in one of the nearby public parking lots.
