Cette maison de campagne viticole à prix raisonnable est située à Sonoma, en Californie. La propriété possède deux hectares dont un vignoble de pinot noir d'un acre. Décontractée, cette maison a toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Situé à une heure au nord de San Francisco, à seulement 30 minutes en voiture des comtés de Marin et de Napa, à une heure du comté de Mendocino et à dix minutes en voiture de la place historique de la ville de Sonoma. Situé à 1100 pieds d'altitude sur la montagne Sonoma, avec intimité, cette histoire, trois chambres, trois salles de bain complètes, maison de 2400 pieds carrés a vue sur les collines, la vallée et la baie. Il offre au locataire une atmosphère de pays viticole avec un vignoble et un coin cuisine extérieur complet.

The house was absolutely amazing and Sandy was a fabulous host! What a pleasure to stay at her house and get to meet her. The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location to visit all the near bye areas. We hired Chef Marco for a private dinner at the house which was definitely a highlight of our trip, especially because we got to enjoy it at this beautiful property. Can’t thank Sandy enough for a wonderful 50th Birthday getaway!

Wonderful stay…highly recommend!

The property, grounds and views were stunning! We were a group of three couples and we all felt like we had our own space. The house was very clean and Chef Erin Shallat provided food for us upon arrival and made a wonderful dinner for us our last night there. Highly recommend this property and Chef Erin!

This house was beautiful! The decor and furnishings were high end. The kitchen was nicely equipped with more than you need to cook a full meal. Beds were comfortable! The outdoor spaces were amazing and the views were fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic scenic location for a great property. And the house itself is very attractive and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen. Everyone had a wonderful time.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The gardens and vineyard view are just lovely! The many hummingbirds and birds that visit the backyard and water fountain agree! The deck and backyard space are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the Sonoma area. The home, itself, is also beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need. Ideal getaway home

This home is wonderful and the view from the back of the house is fantastic. You never want to leave. A perfect morning spot to enjoy your coffee and relax for dinner and wine at the end of a day wine tasting and touring. We loved this house and look forward to returning soon.

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a cousin's birthday. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have walk in showers which is nice for an older person. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use.We used one of our days to stay at this property eating alfresco, enjoying the vineyard it sets on and the gorgeous view of hills, a river or lake and the lovely grounds.The location was good and not very far from the city of Sonoma. The owner was responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this property in the country.
