10/10. Splash Resort is among the best in Panama City Beach because of all the amenities. This unit was amazing. It was clean and spacious. None of the best restaurants and attractions are far away. We went in September and the weather was absolutely beautiful, the beach was clean, and it was slightly less busy than the summer months. Price was very reasonably for what you get. Highly recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, the resort itself could probably start using some fresh paint here and there. But, our stay in 2103 was great. The penthouse views were the best part! You can watch the schools of fish & stingrays travel the shoreline at sunrise.

We enjoyed this condo so much! The decor and layout are really top tier for the price. My only complaints are the comforter smelled of throw up when we layed down, so we had to wash it before we could use it. And the bathroom sinks have no hot water. Other than that I think we would definitely book this condo again!

Fully stocked kitchen, first time we’ve ever checked into a room that was clean with no sand everywhere! The owner helped us because I booked the room last minute and hit the wrong dates. I can’t say enough good things about this property! 100% a must stay place with small kids we had a blast! Amazing views, comfortable clean beds, and an amazing resort!

The stay here made things so much more pleasant. It was clean, convenient, and the owners were easy to get a hold of. Will definitely stay here again. And the food at the poolside area was amazing!

This resort and room were the BEST stay we have ever had. We stayed for 6 nights and had 2 kids, a 7-year-old and a 14-year-old, and we didn't hear 1 complaint! Their room was so clean and exactly as pictured! It was the perfect size for a family of 4 and had more than enough beds and room! We didn't see one bug or stain on anything! There were ample amounts of dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. There were also some beach toys, fishing poles, and other things for us to use if we wanted. I would recommend a blow-up device if you want to use the inflatables they have because we wanted to but didn't have one! That was our fault, not theirs! The decor was beautiful, and we can't wait to come back next year! Every morning we would wake up b4 the kids and watch the stingrays, dolphins, and manatees swimming by the resort. The views are breathtaking from the front door and the oceanfront balcony. The resort itself was very clean and not overcrowded; the staff was very kind and helpful, and the pools and beach were amazing. The chair service guy, Cory, was a little rude at first and even told us we didn't pay them anything yet when I asked to have the folding chairs instead of the big ones, and asked if I could pay the difference. I know the condo owner pays them something. Other than that, our stay was remarkable, and I can't wait to return! The room is so amazing; if you're thinking about staying here, DO IT! Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo, its beautiful!

Condo was great! Looks exactly like the pics, even better. The pullout bed is even super comfortable. You can tell the mattress has been upgraded. Very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen dishes & needed eating / cooking ware you may need. Make sure to bring extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap & dishwasher pods. They are not supplied by the owner, which is normal. You can tell the owner put great effort into every little detail of a "beach" stay. Fishing poles, beach chairs, toys for kids, so many little extras to mention.

Ayres Family Fall Break

The property is great for families. We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren. They loved the splash pad and the ice cream and doughnuts at the coffee shop. Alvin’s Island is right across the street which was great! Michael working the beach chair service was awesome. We loved our stay!
