This house was perfect for our stay as our family gathered for an event in the area. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy access and plenty of parking. The hosts were responsive and communicated well. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Family Christmas Celebration

This property has plenty for room for large family. I love the kitchen space and spacious living room. We needed a home to host a family Christmas. Location is perfect; quiet and close to shopping. Communication was fantastic with the owner.

We were in town for a 17U baseball tournament in Melissa. Turned out we played all over the DFW area. The house was the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again next year for the same tournament.

Very spacious

We had family fly in for graduation. The house was spacious and very clean. Lots of areas to spread out and visit. We played lots of cards at the table and the foosball table was a lot of fun. I would return to this location.

Fantastic home with a great location!

The home owners were very accommodating and nice. The house was exactly as described. We had to stay for 6 weeks due to a flood at our home. It was comfortable and easy to get to. The walking around the neighborhood was lovely as well. Thank you so much.

Memorial Day weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was in a lovely neighborhood and its location was perfect for traveling to the different baseball fields in the DFW area. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. There were only 3 of us (plus a dog) but the house would be very comfortable for a larger group. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood.and the convenience of a fenced in back yard. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and anyone who needs a location that has access to the many things to do just north of DFW.

Property and procedures were easy and as described. This was a family Thanksgiving we're family met to be close to our newly graduated nurses. They had to work so we can to them. House worked nicely.

Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood is quite. My kids enjoyed the near by park. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and made the check in process easy. We would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling in this area.

Beautiful home

We had such a great experience in this home. Communication with management was so easy. They stocked the home with toilet paper, shampoo, dishwashing soap, detergent which was an unexpected surprise. The house was very clean and spacious for the 11 of us with a nice supply of extra pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay

Lacking in basics

This property was clean, the check-in process was simple, and the neighborhood was convenient for what we needed. The house is lacking is basic needs. The kitchen is understocked. There were no baking pans to reheat food. The cooking utensils were damaged. The towels and washcloths were as cheap as I have ever seen in a VRBO. I expect cheaper furnishings in a VRBO, but the furnishings here are so cheap that I was actually concerned about damaging them. The kitchen chairs wobble and creak as soon as you sit on them. The mattresses are uncomfortable. The game table was so rickety that we chose not to use it. For the price that we paid, I was expecting better quality. We use VRBO for most of our travel lodgings and this one absolutely has the atmosphere of an income property rather than a comfortable "home away from home". With a little bit of attention, this could be a very comfortable VRBO.

Great place and responsive host.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, responsive host and perfect for my family. We had the garage derail on its own, called the host who showed and fixed in less than 1 hr. I had to clean up some in the bathrooms after getting there but overall it was a good place. I would recommend it to someone else.

It's both beautiful and comfortable, providing a wonderful home away from home experience. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of seating and gathering space throughout the house.
