Large kitchen and side porch to sit outside - love it here. Grill, outdoor table, fire pit FUN! (note that there was no extra propane tank as posted on bulletin board) Away from the crowded stretch of road along the beach but still within walking distance.

Amazing property in a great location. The house is very clean and the host was OUTSTANDING to deal with. Easy walk to the beach or the host provides a beach pass if you would rather do the 2 minute drive over .Been vacationing in Matunuck for 13 years and this home has moved to the top of our list!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and the house was perfect plenty of room clean and had everything. Close enough to the beach to walk but the beach pass was great used it every beach day. We love matunuck and everything this house and host have to offer we would love to come back Thank you Mary Rinebolt

We had a lovely week in Matunuck at this nice beach home. Communication with the host was fantastic when we needed it. Everything about the place was great. I am a frequent visitor to Matunuck so it’s nice to know about this place when we can’t stay at our daughter.Thanks much Denise.

This spot was perfect. The home is spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Walking/Biking distance to the beach, playground and the Mist. The market and farmers stand are close as well for any last minute items you may need. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful

Fabulous stay with four adult children and more friends and family. Short walk to the best town beach in the universe with 8:15 am yoga! House was perfect - clean, comfortable and well appointed.

We had a great stay at this rental! It was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. We stayed with another couple and their two boys (6 and 7). We loved the beach pass that was included and took multiple trips to the beach during the week. The house is also close to plenty of restaurants and other activities!

Clean and Near

We were there for our grandson's graduation from Brown. It was about 40 minutes away, but we were out of the crowds of Providence. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

A great house in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Matunuck. The house was great and is close to the beach, the farm, the store, and ice cream! The outdoor shower and the front porch are great aspects of this house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was everything we needed.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

This home is the perfect VRBO rental. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the location less than a mile from Matunuck beach is perfect! we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breeze while sitting on the front porch. This one is a keeper!
