Les logements comprennent une très grande cuisine bien équipée, un salon spacieux avec télévision à écran plat, une salle de soleil / matin, une aire de jeux pour les enfants, de grandes chambres et salles de bains, une buanderie sur place et une grande cour privée. De plus, le linge de lit, les couvertures et les oreillers sont fournis. Les attractions locales incluent Block Island, Charlestown, Newport, Point Judith, et pour ceux qui se sentent chanceux, le Casino est à une courte distance en voiture.

This spot was perfect. The home is spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Walking/Biking distance to the beach, playground and the Mist. The market and farmers stand are close as well for any last minute items you may need. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay at this rental! It was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. We stayed with another couple and their two boys (6 and 7). We loved the beach pass that was included and took multiple trips to the beach during the week. The house is also close to plenty of restaurants and other activities!

Fabulous stay with four adult children and more friends and family. Short walk to the best town beach in the universe with 8:15 am yoga! House was perfect - clean, comfortable and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed, there were plenty of towels for bathing and the beach, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall excellent and comfortable stay. Thank you!

We were there for our grandson's graduation from Brown. It was about 40 minutes away, but we were out of the crowds of Providence. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

This home is the perfect VRBO rental. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the location less than a mile from Matunuck beach is perfect! we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breeze while sitting on the front porch. This one is a keeper!

A great house in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Matunuck. The house was great and is close to the beach, the farm, the store, and ice cream! The outdoor shower and the front porch are great aspects of this house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was everything we needed.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our second year spending a week in this wonderful home! It is such a great size, so well stocked, and well located. We were a group of four adults and two toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, but also have space. The yard was great for the kids and it's an easy walk to the beach. We hope to be back for a third year!

Relax - it’s all been taken care of

Delightful home base for a week at the beach. Within walking distance to South County town beach and a short drive to many others. The home has everything you could need, including an outdoor shower and a porch for morning coffee, which made the entire experience enjoyable.

Ideal home for a family getaway

Our adult children joined us for Memorial Day beach weekend and this property was perfect. Spacious, immaculate, cozy, well equipped and beautiful. Yard was lovely, too. Great location with pass to town beach and parking. Fantastic restaurants and shops easily accessible. Communication and check in were very easy and owner was kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great Graduation Getaway!

We had an amazing weekend at this house this past weekend for my daughter’s graduation from URI! The house is beautiful, has plenty of space, and a very well stocked kitchen. I only wish that we were there longer to enjoy the property even more. It is in the perfect location for restaurants, shops, and beaches. Thank you for hosting us and next time will be for a longer stay!

Location of the house was very nice, close to the beach, small grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked. Two of the ladies were disappointed that the bikes that they thought would be there were not.

Quaint Matunuck stay - great for multiple families

Visiting family who live in RI and needed a place to stay, and this fit our needs in every way. Quiet neighborhood. Great location near S Kingston Beach. Spacious rooms and living areas. Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook, it was very well stocked. Tons of towels and amenities. Quick and easy communication with the property owner. Definitely going to book again for future trips to RI
