What a great place! You cannot beat this location and there was plenty of room for four of us (with a cozy feel). It was early in the season but still so amazing to be right on the beach. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Ten stars!

C Breeze is a relaxing ocean get away. The hosts are quick to respond and available if you have a question. The house is comfortable. It's worth a visit any time of the year.

Great place to relax off season, you free like you are on a boat looking out on the ocean.

The views were stunning, and it was fun to watch all the surfers (even during our October stay!). The house was really clean, well appointed, and comfortable. People who enjoy cooking will appreciate the kitchen setup.

Amazing location, wonderful house

Stayed here with our extended family of 6 while visiting our son who attends URI. Amazing location right on the beach with great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed watching the surfers each morning with my cup of coffee. Place was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

URI Parent Weekend

The perfect spot to spend with our college senior for URI parent weekend. Super cute, clean, updated, cottage, right on the beach! Incredible location, a short walk to the Ocean Mist! Great memories were made and I would definitely book this property again.

Can’t get more waterfront than this! So relaxing, watching the waves and the sunsets. Home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Just had to bring your suitcase! Thank you Bekki!

Ladies Vacation 2022

This is the third year we have stayed here and it is always fantastic. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing! The beach can be rocky, but if you bring your water shoes, there is no problem at all.

Loved being right on the beach and this house did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable for our family. Owner accessibility was great and very accommodating. Already talking about a return visit even though we just arrived back home today.

Sunday Funday

Prime location, beautiful property and the perfect place for a few of us to gather for Sunday football. Previous two nights were ideal to relax and unwind a bit. I'd recommend staying here to anyone thinking about traveling to the region.

Rhode Island Ocean home

Wonderful beach house for vacation with our adult family. The beach house was immaculate and had all the amenities as described. Terrific location and the deck opening right onto the beach was perfect. No worries with the pub and ocean mist nearby - great to play trivia and get a quick bite to eat without bothering your sleep. Highly recommend this rental property.
