Outre l'immense quai en béton recouvert de 2 glissades avec pédalo, échelle de bain, 4 tables de pique-nique et 2 chaises longues, cette maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 18 lits !!! Pas besoin de gigognes ou de matelas pneumatiques. Le niveau principal offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec la salle à manger, la cuisine et l'immense salon au centre avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain de chaque côté avec 2 chambres ayant des portes coulissantes menant à la terrasse expansive avec de belles vues sur le lac et 22 places assises. Il y a aussi une grande véranda pour se détendre. N'oubliez pas de laisser vos commentaires sur le tableau bleu derrière la table de la salle à manger ...... Le niveau inférieur semi-fini offre 4 lits doubles et 2 lits jumeaux avec une table à billes fooz, un billard, une salle familiale , salle à manger et kitchenette avec deuxième réfrigérateur et une salle de bain complète avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. Dehors, sur le patio inférieur, vous trouverez un immense bain à remous pour 6 personnes et de nombreux sièges supplémentaires. La maison est entièrement équipée avec des serviettes de maison (veuillez apporter vos serviettes de lac), des draps, des sacs poubelles, du papier toilette, des serviettes en papier, du savon pour les mains, du savon à vaisselle, un barbecue au gaz naturel, du bois de chauffage et des bâtons à rôtir, un trou de maïs, des jeux de société, 6 téléviseurs tous avec Dish Network, Verizon hot spot Wi-Fi et bien plus encore. Même un wagon jaune pour transporter des objets vers / depuis le quai. Il y a aussi une rampe de mise à l'eau gratuite à seulement 1. 9 miles de la maison. Trop de choses à mentionner. Perfect for relaxing with large family group.

We had so much fun enjoying swimming off the boat dock and provided kayaks and paddle boards. Well maintained and clean property with well stocked kitchen Beautiful views!!

This is our 3rd home that we rent out so I made a list from the others and tried to stock everything. This is by far the house with the best walk to the water and sleeps 18. Great home for family getaway

Great house and dock, with a beautiful view and easy walk to the lake. The family had everything it needed for a amazing week. The boat launch was right down the street and homeowners were great to work with, too. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely Fall Retreat

Cozy, clean and comfortable lakeside home away! Beautiful view of the lake, nice dock with pedal boats to explore and outdoor hot tub for sundown enjoyment. Best to bring your own food this time of year as lakeside restaurants are closed.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property with easy access to the lake! The host is very understanding and pleasent to communicate with. We all had the best time. We have stayed at several properties over the past15 years and this is our favorite so far!

Everything needed for a perfect vacation

Anchors Away was so perfect. Clean and well stocked with kitchen items, linens, outdoor water toys, and great "no steps" access to the lake. Owner was helpful and very attentive to our needs. Owner helped us find pontoon rental - which worked out great. Hreat find for our group.

Great Vacation

This property was just as represented, had all the comforts of home. In short a great home away from home! Several extras that made our stay most enjoyable. The S x S was great for the older and younger ones in our group. Kitchen was so well stocked. Didn't want for anything! Would stay again!

Labor Day stay

Great place with plenty of room for multiple families. Easy check in and check out and good communication with owners. The dock and side-by-side are fantastic. The plumbing is a little loud and the bathrooms are small but we loved the house overall! Also, it’s nice to rent a place so close off the highway…made the drive down much quicker!

Yes there’s lots of places to hangout together or in small groups. Best gentle laying lot on Norris with year around water that I know of and I’m a Realtor of 20+ years. We’ve had a lot of guests over the years and no one has said anything about the plumbing. The only thing I can think of is if your in the basement and someone upstairs flushes I’m sure you can hear it. Had never thought about it since none had said anything. Maybe we can wrap the pipes. I’ll relay to my husband. He’s the plumber. Just glad all the plumbing worked well. Lol. Thanks for staying.

Everything was perfect

This house is just perfect to reunite with friends (as we did), but would be fantastic for kids. The basement space is very nice although we were too busy chatting and boating to take advantage of the activities downstairs. We all really enjoyed it and my friends who brought their boats LOVED the covered boat docks. We hope to visit again next year!

Anchors Away vacation

We had a wonderful time. Our sons said it was one of our best family vacations. Since my wife and I are both in our 80s, the on-site ATV was a God send. We did not have to walk to or from the dock once during the week. Th accommodations were everything we expected. A great place which we would highly recommend. Thanks Marie.

Great place for families!

We had a wonderful time over Labor Day weekend. This rental has everything you need. Bedrooms for the adults and a bunk room downstairs for the kids with their own living area and activities. Lots of room to spread out but still be together. The dock was great for housing our boat rental and for swimming. The slope down to the water was a little steeper than originally thought but definitely doable. Would definitely recommend!

Another great stay at Anchor's Away!

Anchor's Away has quickly become our favorite rental at Norris Lake. The home is roomy, comfortable and clean. We love the separation of the beds with several downstairs and four in bedrooms upstairs. The addition of the ATV was much appreciated this stay. While the house is very important in a rental so is the dock. There was plenty of room for our group of 18 and our boat. We have made so many great memories at Anchor's Away. Marie is a great host and always available. Thanks Marie!

Great property in a great location

Wow, this property was everything and more than we expected. It was definitely the cleanest property I have ever rented. The house was big and had enough space where we could hangout together or find some get away space. The deck and outdoor grounds are awesome for playing outside or just "chilling" in the hammocks. The dock is huge with tables and water toys you can use. The house sits on a nice road and is in a great part of the lake. It is not too crowded, but not too far from numerous marinas and lots of nice coves. Marie and her family are as sweet and responsive as can be. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for all ages!

Our group included grandparents, adults and 6 kids under 11. This place fit our group perfectly with no steps to the water.. the pics don’t do it justice. Much more spacious in person! The paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boats & jumping off the dock kept our kids busy all day!! The hot tub, couch’s, tv and the kids beds in the basement were also a hit with their own bathroom. 15 mins to Walmart was very convenient! The ATV was also a nice addition. Overall perfect place- will be returning one day!

Wonderful house

Great experience, quick response to book from Owner. We drove from Miami and the owner was super nice and let us check in early. The house is beautiful on a lake with kayaks and paddle boats, yes the fire pit and lake are at the bottom of a small hill but my 80yr old grandma was able to walk up and down. There is literally enough room for 18 people to sleep also enough towels!! We stayed to visit gatlingburg and pigeon forge even though it’s a 1.5hr drive the house was worth it! We went in three cars including a 15 passenger van and there was enough parking. Wi-Fi was good and beds were comfy!! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Tennessee!

Great for large groups

We stayed at this lake house over Thanksgiving weekend with 14 people. There was a ton of space, full range of kitchen supplies, including paper products, and beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised by the living spaces for adults and children. TVs in every room. Games, pool table and foosball we're a hit. Owner was quick to respond. Only negative, the microwave was a bit old and slow to heat food, popcorn, etc. I highly recommend this rental.

Thank you and your family for sharing Thanksgiving with us. We purchased this home early this year and plan to replace the microwave before summer time. My family stayed there for a week but we honestly never use the microwave but my husband said we might need to replace it just because it was older. Thank you for the input as we try to make it the absolute best experience for everyone. Hoping you can come back during boating season and try it again. Family Vacation 2022

This property is a favorite of everyone in the family! After the last year we have had it was nice to get away. The house and property far exceeded our expectations. Our family ranges in ages from 69 to 7 and the open floor concept allowed access to the decks, both floors and all areas easily even with the use of the walkers. The ATV was perfect for running supplies to the dock and transporting our crew. The pictures did not do the house justice as the interior was much larger than what we expected. We will definitely be back! Marie was very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Great set up for family with young adult children

The kids stayed in the basement and could have time with their friends without being to loud for the grandparents upstairs. We have been coming to Lake Norris for five years now. This is the first house that stocked all soaps and paper products which was very nice! Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Owners are close by in case you need anything. It was very nice to have them close because Norris Dam lowered the water level during our stay and the owners were there to make sure the dock was exactly where it needed to be. Property is well maintained. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was great, very high speed internet, we enjoyed the hot tub, very nice rooms, kitchen, TVs in every room, Fantastic.

Evaluation

Wonderful house and perfect location for our family. Only off-putting were the security cameras throughout the property except bedrooms and bathrooms. We understand this is legal, but should have been told to renters before they arrived.

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that you did not read all of your check-in text. It plainly states in ALL CAPS that the cameras and security system are not on while guests are present. I set reminders to turn them off. I had turned everything off at 10am the morning you arrived because I had allowed you to check-in at noon at no extra charge. Our home’s are mostly rented back to back during the summer months and we don’t even use them BUT we have had some break-ins in the off season so that’s why we put the cameras up and of course we can’t remove them during guests stays as they are mounted. Sorry for the lack of communication. I am working to add it to the general guest agreement that goes out when guests book. I’ve found though that most don’t read those so that’s why I put it in the text that has the door code hoping it won’t be missed. Anyway, thanks for staying.

This home offers a gentle walking path to the water with NO steps!!! Norris Lake is beautiful but too many properties have too many steps for me. It was definitely the view and the gentle slope of the lot that was appealing to us and we are sure it will be to you as well. The main level is open and spacious and provides all the congregational gathering space large groups will enjoy like we do. Just seconds to Mountain Lake Marina and the jumping rock (by water). We live just about 5 minutes from the property and love the area.........come decide for yourself.

The beautiful lake view and the gentle walk to the water made the purchase an easy one. You don't find lots like this anymore. Lots of parking and a free boat launch in the community. Plus seconds from Mountain Lake Marina and the Jumping Rock (by water).
