Bienvenue à la vue imprenable sur l'océan! Il s’agit d’un magnifique attique d’une chambre (situé à La Vista Azul Resort), avec une cuisine spacieuse et un concept de salon. Il s'ouvre sur un grand balcon qui vous offre une vue magnifique sur les eaux turquoises de la célèbre plage de Grace Bay. La chambre a son propre balcon. Vous avez accès à des piscines extérieures avec un bain à remous, une salle de sport et un grand parking. Il y a un ascenseur à deux penthouses au dernier étage. Ce penthouse moderne a environ 2300 pieds carrés. Le large balcon du salon vous permet de profiter d'un lever et d'un coucher de soleil magiques avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a un ascenseur qui mène au penthouse. La chambre a aussi son propre balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan. Elle est équipée d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision, de placards, d'une salle de bains avec douche, baignoire et lavabos à deux vasques. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bains, lave-linge et sèche-linge, serviettes de plage, chaises, parasols et glacières prêts à l'emploi. . Le concept ouvert du balcon, du salon et de la cuisine crée un espace propice à la création de liens familiaux parfaits pour la nourriture, le divertissement et la détente. Il s’agit d’organiser des dîners officiels et informels Le balcon ou la salle à manger sont parfaits pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner en regardant le lever du soleil et votre dîner en regardant le coucher du soleil. The Penthouse is amazing! Truly a gem. The balcony is huge with a grill, chaise lounges and two tables with chairs - perfect for morning breakfast before heading to the beach! Everything is provided - beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels etc Shark Bite, Mango Reef, Baci are great nearby restaurant that you can easily and safely walk to. Enjoy the stay!!

Thank you Judith for your review. I am sorry regarding the misconception of the location and the resort in general. As indicated in my listing, this location is central and not located on the busy area like Grace Bay. This is a quiet neighborhood in the center of Providenciales - 5-15 minutes drive to Gracebay, Grocery stores, tourist attractions and also other beaches. The listing precisely indicates the location. The actual photos of the property and the unit itself are shown also on the listing photo gallery. It is also indicated on the listing that this is not a hotel type accommodation but home a away vacation rental. The views from the outside patio are great and the patio is large and comfortable. The location provides good access to snorkeling at Smith's Reef, uncrowded beaches and some great restaurants.

Million dollar view

We had a fabulous trip to T&C. This huge condo was perfect for our stay. The view is more magnificent than pictured in the listing. We also enjoyed the proximity to Turtle Cove for restaurants. We are well travelled and this was one of our favorite VRBO’s ever!!!

Quiet and good location

It was quiet and easy to access the beach. Restaurants were close. The property was also quiet. A car is needed to access many locations on the island. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most.

Perfect place in paradise!

We had an amazing time here. The place was just as described. The host even had beach towels and snorkel equipment that we could use. The balcony is absolutely amazing. The views from there are breathtaking. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Ocean View

We had an amazing stay in March with our teenage daughter. The property was clean, very spacious, well decorated & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The huge balcony with beautiful views of the ocean was our favorite--we ate breakfast every day on the balcony. It was quiet being on the top floor and we enjoyed the pools too--never crowded and very relaxing. We walked to Smith's Reef beach--less than 10 minutes and enjoyed the snorkeling at the reef. We also had a car and visited several other beaches (Grace Bay & Taylor's Bay) while we were there. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, but everything was close, so we did drive to other restaurants too. Janus was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Everything promised & more!!!

Janus property is phenomenal!! !.. the terrace, just as advertised,. commands a spectacular view of the magnificent turquoise water that makes T & C a tropical vacation like no other!!.. everything is in working order & Janus made sure to supply a crib for our little one.. our concerns were his concerns! Janus hospitality from the moment of booking to departure was beyond my expectations! A model VRBO property owner !.. A million thanks Janus…. 😎🏖️❤️

Room With A View!

We enjoyed a 10 night stay in the penthouse in early December. The pictures of the view from the balcony do not do it justice - we were on the balcony almost exclusively when we were in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked as well as toiletries in the bathroom and laundry detergent pods. We enjoyed both the pools and the hot tub. We watched the staff drain and scrub the hot tub each morning as well as clean the pool and the public restroom. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Josephine was quick to resolve a few minor issues we encountered early in our stay and was delightful to work with. There were four of us, all seniors, so a car was a must. There are restaurants in the neighborhood, but we still required the car to get to them, especially at night. We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Nest.

Paradise

This property was everything the listing and the reviews said and more! The unit size was perfect for 4 adults to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. It was super clean and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and great grills outside. The outside deck area was phenomenal - we started every morning out there and spent every evening out there, enjoying the amazing views!! The pools were both great and no issues getting lounge chairs and umbrellas when needed. It was great having the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for us to use as we explored the Island and visited many of the beautiful beaches that Janus recommended. The people were very friendly and we felt safe at all times.The beautiful weather was especially appreciated, as friends and family had snow back at home!The restaurants near the property were all great - especially Magnolia's - some of the freshest seafood we have ever tasted and again gorgeous views.I highly recommend the 4 hour catamaran snorkel trip we took with Ocean Vibes - the boat was pristine and crew was so friendly and helpful! 5 stars all the way and we will be back!!!!

Fantastic…the view, the balcony, the location…all of it!

Let me tell you how amazing the balcony was! The pictures do not do it justice. If you can’t be right on the beach, an awesome view is the next best thing. We spent all of our “home” time out there. When you have to work on vacation, it makes it better when you have a great space and amazing view. The property location was so convenient, however parking was a little tricky in a larger vehicle. The hosts responded quickly to questions and took care of the few minor issues that came up (like noisy neighbors). The condo is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs and umbrella, snorkel gear in assorted sizes, beach towels, even an assortment of sunscreen and bug spray (very helpful). The pools on property were lovely and we were thankful for the separate adult pool and loungers. There are several yummy restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed each one. This penthouse condo is in our favorites list and we will definitely rent this place on our next trip!
