Luxury Waterfront Townhouse. 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath - 5 Minutes Walk from the Beach

The Yacht Club is well positioned and rich with amenities - large pool, a full-service Marina, every water sports activity, and only minutes walk to TripAdvisor's 2019 #1 Beach - Grace Bay Beach and Smith's Reef (fantastic snorkeling). This waterfront townhouse features a large open living area off the kitchen, full of light, great ambiance and stunning sunset views. You will have two spacious stories entirely to yourself of approximately 2300 sq ft. The two guest rooms are very private and located on the marina and poolside level (a sofa bed is also available which is large and sleeps 2). Popular restaurants and cafes are a few minutes stroll away.

There is a third floor which is completely separate via a private staircase is not available to guests. This is our master suite for our sole use when we visit the island when no guests are booked.

Place was very clean and well appointed. Location is close to several restaurants and walking distance from Smith's reef which had great snorkeling. Listing on VRBO needs to be updated it said there was a gym on premise and there was no gym. Listing for rooms is a little misleading as its two bedrooms with beds and a pull out couch.

Third times a charm!

Wonderful location near beautiful beaches, great restaurants, gorgeous sunsets and lots of entertainment watching boats coming and going. Explored every inch of the island, hiking and snorkelling.

Fantastic vaca and home

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Turks and Caicos. The house was perfect - spacious, comfortable, and convenient to beaches, restaurants, and excursions. The house had everything one would expect and more -including all kitchen needs, board games, beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the marina, then to Grace Bay Beach. and back for later afternoons at the pool. Perfect.

Wonderful Stay at the Yacht Club

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the yacht club. It was convenient to so many places on the island and we loved having a few great restaurants to walk to. The condo itself was so clean, comfortable, and well equipped for anything you need. It was nice having beach gear there so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own or renting. Provo is such a beautiful island and we highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore the island during your vacation.

Great location

Great location. Nice home. A little weird that top floor bedroom is off limits. Also powder room bathroom is only accessible from porch. Owner very helpful and responsive. LOTS OF STEPS! Fun to watch activity on marina and sunsets were amazing from porch. Overall enjoyed our stay.

2 weeks in Yacht Club B10

We loved the location of this property overlooking the marina and found the townhouse to be clean and comfortable. The large pool was a big plus and we were able to do lap swimming. The layout of the townhouse was unusual with the all the stairs, so it was fortunate we don’t have mobility challenges. Some suggestions for improvement are screens for the sliding glass doors so they can be kept open without bugs coming in, and night tables with lamps for each person.

Great Location and Lovely Townhouse

This house is as advertised - beautiful home, great location and just minutes to great restaurants and the beach! We could not have been more please with the accommodations - comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas to use. The view of the marina at Turtle Cove is fantastic and we really loved sitting out on the deck at sunset watching the boats come in. The location is great - walk to the beach and snorkel at Smith's Reef or make the quick drive to the state park beach or downtown Grace Bay and convenient to the grocery store. I also want to give a special thanks to the owner, Jules, who was so helpful when our original flights were cancelled in January and we had to postpone our trip. She could not have been more wonderful to work with and got us rescheduled quickly. We would definitely stay at this beautiful townhome at The Yacht Club again!

Pleasant stay at the T&C Yacht Club

This is a very lovely townhouse. I actually called it a beach house even though it’s not directly on the beach. It’s got a cool beach decor all throughout the house, which we all loved. It’s only about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach. The house is roomy, spacious, clean and offers the most amazing sunset views from the balcony as well as from the first floor patio. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and we tried them all. It was safe to walk around at night and of course, during the day, so we had no issues. There is a cute little breakfast place a few minutes away that serves the most delicious French toast with fruit - definitely try it. The property is located right by the pool, you can literally see it once you step out of the house. A quick reminder - this property is about a 10 -15 minute drive from Grace Bay and you would need a car to get to that side of the island. We rented one and didn’t mind driving around. If Grace Bay is where you’re planning to spend most of your vacation, this location may not be for you. For us, it was absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner is super nice and responded to our questions almost immediately, and the property manager Theresa was excellent and friendly and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay. Thank you for a great vacation – we will definitely come back again!

We absolutely loved this townhome and would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. We did not want to be in Grace Bay with all the other tourists. Turtle Cove is close enough and far enough. We had 3 restaurants we could easily walk to. We were close to Smith’s Reef which we went to multiple times. We usually drove bec we took the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and masks with snorkels that were provided at the house with us. The Yacht Club is quiet and it is fun to watch all the boats come in and out of the harbor each day. The owner, Jules, was responsive and easy to work with. She recommended Big Blue Collective for snorkel and kayak trips which was an outstanding recommendation. They are a high quality operation. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed.

The Yacht Club in Turtle Cove

Fabulous spot in the yacht club, probably the best unit. It’s right on the water overlooking the marina and the sunsets are amazing. Beautifully decorated with high end furniture & bedding. The granite counter kitchen was great it had a nice new fridge, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. We only used it for breakfasts but easily could have made a full dinner. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The parking was right in front of the entrance, it was so handy. We used the beach chairs a umbrellas provided by the host. It is a security gated development with a to die for pool area & flowers& plantings. There was security man patrolling at night We felt very safe .Smith reef is nearby and the snorkeling is fabulous right off the beach. We walked to Bacis Italian restaurant twice & Mango Reef and short drive to Magnolias - which has a spectacular view and food. We would definitely go back!

Fabulous location and great home.

Wow! We all enjoyed our mornings on the balcony watching the yachts go out for the day and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The view of the harbor was like a painting, so picturesque. Our days were spent at a different beach each day; as a snorkeler, my favorite beach was Smith's Reef, a short walk away from the property. Restaurants were a walk away; supermarkets were a few minutes' drive away. Grace Bay was close too. The large pool was also excellent, close to the property, with various depths and quiet. The home itself had everything we needed and was very comfortably furnished. A big plus was being able to park right outside the property. The owner was also very responsive and helpful! We had a wonderful time and would love to go again.

Beautiful property and excellent communication with owner

I can't say enough about this beautiful property. The home is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful pool and gym. There is also a great view of the marina from several decks. It is not located directly on the beach, but it's only a short walk to the beach and reefs for snorkeling. Also, several great restaurants are within walking distance. When we return to the T and C, we hope to be able to stay at this property.

Very beautiful home

We had a great time with the kids at this beautiful home. It is very close to Smith Reef, which we went a few times and saw stingrays and turtles. It is a short drive to all other places, e.g. Grace Bay, Sapadilia Bay, Chalk Sound.

My husband and I bought the house after visiting the island for the first time back in 2015. We fell in love with Provo and decided to look for a second home. We live in Connecticut, USA which is freezing in the winter, so a 3 hour flight to our beautiful paradise is a perfect way to escape the winter months. I always need my island fix - even in the summer and have made so many friends on the island. Everyone is so friendly.

I love to play golf, tennis - in Connecticut and in Turks and Caicos. I scuba dive and adore to go snorkling and absolutely adore those turquoise waters.

We chose the Yacht Club because it is not in the heavily tourist area, but is in an area which has some of the best restaurants just walking distance from the house. We are walking distance from Smith's Reef and Grace Bay Beach, all the water sports. Being in the Yacht Club also provides a special service of attention from the property Manager, Wilson, who is always around to help with any issues.

There is a third floor which is locked off to guests. This is the master suite which we use when we are on the island and is not available for booking. (This is in the "other details" in the listing).

We have the best sunsets, Sitting on the balcony with a cocktail and watching the marina life - all the boats returning and settling down is just beautiful. LIFE IS GOOD !
