Horrible, will never go back. This is what I’m sending them, summarizes my stay.I am writing regarding our recent stay at your Panama City Beach condo. I rarely complain or ask for refunds, but the number of issues we experienced made what was intended to be a relaxing family vacation extremely difficult.This trip was carefully planned and included myself, my elderly parents, and my two grandchildren. We paid a significant amount for this vacation and expected the accommodations to match what was advertised.Unfortunately, we experienced numerous problems throughout our stay:The condo is located on the 19th floor, and the elevator situation was extremely problematic. We routinely waited 30 minutes or more just to get an elevator, making it very difficult for my elderly parents.Upon arrival, we were unable to open the pull-out sofa bed. Because there were no instructions provided, one member of our family had to sleep on the couch instead of a bed the first night. When we called the following day, we were told the couch had to be opened using a very specific method that was not obvious. Once we finally got it open, we found crumbs and debris inside the bed.On the second day, we were locked out of the condo because the box controlling the electronic lock had become unplugged. We had no idea what the box was for, as this had never been explained to us.Within the first 36 hours of our stay, the city experienced a water main break. While I understand this was
