This house was the worst house I have ever rented! Lets start with the kitchen first .The handle on the faucet fell off and it leaked all over the counter .It took 2 days for Ice Pops to freeze and the ice cream melted.The living room had power recliners that the cords were disable to not recline and the table was broken. The pool had tiles that were loose and felling off the screen doors to the pool were broken and would not lock .The railing going up stairs came apart making gaps that could have been dangerous . The Game room was in the garage you where told you could park in had no air or fan ,old broken pool table and a air hockey table that was missing parts to play and the cord was black tape together . The air filter for the AC was dirty .There are so many things wrong that was just a few .I have videos of everything I have mentioned.VRBO tried to contact the host when I called them and they did not answer them either , This house is HORRIBLE

Great house!

The house was spacious and the pool was great! The property manager was very responsive and helpful! Great location to Disney as well as other places we visited. Overall, great house and we would stay again!

Family Vacation

The property was just as described. We enjoyed the size of the house (rooms for everyone) and the pool was great. Only downside was the shortage of towels (needed to do laundry frequently with 13 people) and not being able to have a grill for cooking. All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed our time together.

Great property for golf group

Eight golfers enjoyed staying at this property and it more than fit the bill. We all had rooms with king sized beds and even had space to watch the Super Bowl in 2 separate areas. Big kitchen allowed several of us to be in it at once and property was very close to the development entry. Great communication and understanding by host. Highly recommend this location. Voted best we’ve stayed at in 9 years.

Plenty of Family Space

We had a great stay at this property: extended family and an extra child. The child proofing of the pool was so welcome. The bedrooms were spacious and several family members mentioned how comfy the beds were. More towels and silverware would have been nice but not problematic. Great property.

Great Adult Property

This is definitely a great property if you have all adults. All beds were king/queen. Although it was shared bathrooms, we didn’t have any issues. It was great to be able to transition from outdoors into the garage when temp dropped at night- plenty of seating. The only minor setback we had was tv remote batteries and kitchen wasn’t as stocked with mixing bowls and baking dishes, but stores were close by so it really wasn’t an issue. It would be great to include a tv in the double bed room. Thanks again for allowing my family to visit Orlando and have a comfortable stay.

had problems getting front gate code. took 4 hours not sure if it was anyone's fault was told system error. took 4 hours to resolve. once we were set house was as advertised.

Golf trip 2013

House was perfect for us as we were 8 guys on a golf trip and everybody had their own room with King size bed. Only small problem was that we paid to have the pool heated in hopes we could use the jacuzzi portion of the pool. However, whenever we turned on the jets the jacuzzi water would drain into the pool and jacuzzi was unusable after 5 minutes. Besides that the house was perfect.

Nice house

This was a very big and nice house. TVs in every room great. A couple of the rooms the bedding was either old or dirty had to wash before using. Filter in refridge needs replacing says 90 days over due. The stay was nice house had what we needed but def no extras

I needed more time

This was a beautiful home. It was adequate space for everything that we had to do. There was enough rooms for everyone and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The outdoor space was nice. Everybody was able to be in different places at the same time and still communicate. We are trying to get together right now to find a date so we can book out next vacation at this same house. I was able to stay in contact with the management throughout this vacation and they got right back with me. I did not have to wait days to get a reply I don't even think I had to wait an hour it was perfect.

Large family vacation

Logistically the property was perfect for our group. The group consisted mostly of adults so it was nice to not have to draw straw for the king bed. The kids had space to play upstairs and the grandparents were perfect in the 1st floor rooms. It was cool outside most days and the kids enjoyed the warm pool. However, if you intend to use the hot tub, which was our reason for paying the extra heating fee, save your money. It never got hotter than luke warm. This didn't bother me too much because we stayed pretty busy and didn't have much extra time to get in anyways. The thing that everyone in our group had complaints about was cleanliness. The bed comforters just didn't smell or appear clean. Most of us ended up washing them before bed the first night. The sheets were fine and the beds were actually comfortable. The carpet was a bit dingy and gave the house a slight odor. After a little Febreze and Lysol mist we were all very comfortable.

This house has Bed Bugs!!

This house has Bed Bugs. These bugs where in the upstairs bedrooms. My Daughter was attacked by them the first night that we stayed there. I contacted the property manager and sent him a video of the bugs crawling on the bed . Someone came out and sprayed but only sprayed 2 rooms. We removed the the bedding on the beds and washed them ourselves. The next night we found more bugs crawling on the bed in the kids room. At this point they are terrified because several people in the house are waking up with bedbug bites on them. I sent the property manager another video of the bugs on the kids bed. He did not respond. I wanted to talk to someone else about this situation and I didn't get a response. We are going to need medical treatment for these bites because they are very itching and irritated.. And we have to make sure that we don't take them home with us in our luggage. I have videoes of these bedbugs!!!! I would not advise anyone to stay in this home unless you want to deal with these terrible bedbugs!!!!!!!

Frustratingly Disappointed!

We lost power in 2 bedrooms every day! It affected kitchen power. If you looked between footboard and mattresses there was hair and frito chips. One of the blankets looked like there was milk stains on it and it was folded up on the top shelf of closet! There's an exposed floor outlet on the second floor visible as you walk thru, it could possibly be the cause of electricity going out!? Everyday WE have to mess with the breaker panel to get power back upstairs which Im sure is a code violation and a dnger to guest!!!The bathroom rugs look matted, like they never have been washed. Pool tile from hot tube kept falling off and into pool. Heat was shut off to the pool by pool people so even though I paid by the time they figured this out there wasnt enough time to heat pool/hot tub before we left. The wifi went out early in the evening so not only did ALL the tvs not work we could send or receive emails to report this issue and we could not check in to airport for our very early flight departure. Skip this place very, very dissappointing!

Loved the house. The only issue I had was the house next door with the people blasting music until 3:00 am every night while they were sitting on the roof. Made the nights awful.

Favorite House

We loved our stay! The house is huge! The beds were comfy, almost every bedroom has a ceiling fan which is rare for rentals oddly. We loved the pool/backyard area. Just a great place all around.
