Étage principal:
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un très grand salon pouvant accueillir 12 personnes. La cuisine a un grand îlot pouvant accueillir 5 et la table à manger peut accueillir 12. Une terrasse extérieure avec un barbecue et une table de patio pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, et votre propre bain à remous privé !! La chambre principale a un lit King et une vue sur le magnifique canyon de neige rouge, et la salle de bain principale est très grande avec une baignoire et une douche spacieuse. À l'étage principal se trouve également une autre chambre avec un lit King et une salle de bains attenante.

Deuxième étage:
Le deuxième étage a également un très grand salon pour les enfants de tous âges! il y a un flipper, un jeu d'arcade de conduite complet et un jeu d'arcade assis avec des centaines de jeux parmi lesquels choisir !! Il y a aussi deux ensembles de trois lits superposés (6 jumeaux) dans la zone principale à l'étage supérieur qui comprend un espace de jeu et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage avec chacune sa propre salle de bain.

Garage:
Le garage est très grand, convient facilement à deux voitures et a une table de ping-pong.

Archie Gubler Park se trouve juste en bas de la rue, où vous pourrez profiter de l'aire de jeux, de l'aire de jets d'eau, du terrain de volley-ball et des courts de cornichon.

Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Il est interdit de fumer dans les villas ou dans le complexe. Des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires de 1 000 $ seront facturés si les animaux domestiques ont séjourné ou s'il y a eu des fumeurs dans la villa.

Excellent accomodations for our family vacation

We loved staying at Arcadia resort for our family vacation! There was something for everyone!! The pool was incredible, the clubhouse amenities and the home itself catered to our needs. It was close to snow canyon and shopping! We can't wait to stay here again!!

Thanksgiving getaway

This property was so accommodating for our family Thanksgiving. We had a little kids, teenagers, and adults, and everyone had a place to be and some thing to do. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We really appreciate the staff helping us also! We had a great time!

Clean and located exactly where we needed it. Only downside was the bunk beds had a weight limit and were clearly only for young children. When traveling with a group of adults none of them could sleep on the bunks. When we put 15 adults as the guests it should not have offered this home because 15 adults can’t sleep here. Maybe 10 with a bunch of kids max

The Perfect Family Reunion

We were very pleased with Arcadia 31. We filled the home to it's capacity of 28 without feeling like we were in each other's way. There were plenty of spaces to eat, relax, play or retreat to. We loved the private hot tub and the community pool--spent a lot of time there. The kitchen had everything, including space, that we needed to prepare food for our large group. Loved the extra fridge in the garage! We left wishing that we had at least one more day there. 3 nights wasn't quite enough. The fun ended too soon, and that's a sign of a great family reunion!

Words Do Not Do Justice

Our family of 17 ranged from 77 year olds to 3 year olds and every single one of us had a blast. I kept holding my breath thinking I must have missed some fine print and that it was too good to be true, but nope, it really was perfect as advertised. The check-in/check-out process was easy and seamless and the entire resort was organized but laid back at the same time. The kids could be kids without anyone giving you the stink eye. The weather was beautiful, house was immaculate save for a tub of spackle that was left out on a nightstand [just shows they stay on top of their repairs :) ] and plenty of sleeping room. Televisions are in every room, board games are available, extra fridge is found in the garage, and arcade games galore. Be sure to bring your quarters for pinball! The clubhouse has a lot of fun offerings too and the snack bar is reasonably priced. It truly was the perfect family getaway. Our family hopes to make it an annual tradition.

Beautiful house close to pool

We loved staying here. The house is decorated beautifully and is in walking distance to the pool. The kids loved playing all the arcade games. There are only a few things that could have made our stay better. 1- there is very limited kitchen cabinet space to store groceries. 2- there were no kitchen towels to dry our hands or dishes. 3- the desk by the garage had red ants coming in on it. We didn’t notice until after the first night when the food we had out there (because of no cabinet space) was swarming with ants. We had to throw away a bunch of food because of this. 4- there were only 8 pool towels for the house that sleeps 20+ people. Luckily we brought a few of our own but only 8 seemed a little on the low side. Other than those minor things we loved the place and would definitely come back again.

Family Get Away

House was clean and great gathering areas. Fun to have video games and plenty of beds. Sound carries a bit through out the house but otherwise a fantastic location and wonderful home! Comfortable beds, plenty of baths and decorated expertly. close to the pool and clubhouse as well and nice hot tub at the house An exceptional property!

Great stay

We stayed here as a family get together to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We had 3 families stay at with 2 more joining us during the day for meals and entertainment. Condo is nice with the 5 bedrooms/bathrooms and other places to sleep for the kids. Lots of fun entertainment to be had. We loved it! However there were a few housekeeping issues that we had issues with and thus 4 stars. There were no kitchen towels provided nor washcloths only a sponge. We had to get a hand towels out of the bathrooms to dry our Hands and dishes. A germy sponge to wash dishes with only is unacceptable and no dish drainer. Good thing we brought our own cleaning cloth and some sanitizing spray for the counters and other common areas. Hand soap dispensers were not full all the way to the top so during a 3 day stay we ran out of hand soap in a commonly used bathroom and kitchen. We were not given more than 2 dishwasher tablets, impossible when you are doing dishes for 20 + people, and very little dish soap. Had to go to the clubhouse to get more. No dish drainer in condo. When we arrived at check in time, the cleaning crew was still cleaning and we had to wait, so most areas were probably not properly sanitized and some areas were not cleaned as well as they should have been (and it showed). During the Covid 19 pandemic a place should not be booked back to back. Remote for living area TV did not work and there were no ping pongs balls for the ping pong table. But other than that the place was great and we loved our stay.

Beautiful home in the perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The bedroom were the perfect size and most had a bathroom attached to it. We were close enough to the pool that we could walk there everyday. The kids had a blast playing at the pool & loved the water slide. This was the best vacation ever!!
