Welcome to Arcadia #33 — a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation haven located in the heart of Arcadia Resort. With over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this home is ideal for groups of up to 21 guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a weekend escape with friends, or a group retreat, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Enjoy two spacious and comfortably furnished living rooms, two outdoor living spaces with incredible views, and a fully stocked luxury kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals or takeout nights. Each of the 5 large bedrooms are accompanied by a full bathroom (3 en suites, 2 hall bathrooms - see below), making life easy while on vacation. Enjoy close proximity to the resort amenities including a water slide, lazy river, hot tubs, and more! Plus, there's a second pool area featuring a 5-lane lap pool that you also have access to. From babies to grandparents, there's something for everyone at Arcadia #33!

The condo was clean and looked real nice. It was very family-friendly, and had many things for the kids to do. The patio had a lot of cobwebs, dead grass, dead bugs. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.The disposal made noise when turned on, but didn't work.Some of the chairs in the kitchen area had loose "backs" on them, and need to be tightened. One chair on the side of the master bedroom had a screw fall out, I tightened it with my hand, but probably not tight enough.

The house was perfect, didn't have any issues whatsoever. Our party of 5 kids and 11 adults were all satisfied the entire 7 days. Highly recommend.

Was a great time.

Our family came here for spring break. Really enjoyed the home. Very well stocked with things you may need. Close to a grocery store. The water park is fun. Not as big as it appears in the picture but still fun. Everyone I spoke with that was working there was very kind and helpful! A couple small things I’d change, the pillows are small and not great quality/comfortable. Also it fits so many people but the seating in front of the Tv in the kitchen area is pretty minimal and some people will need to sit at the table. A few notes - There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone to take showers after swimming, but if you made it super short you should be fine. Most of the showers didn’t have doors which made for breezy (and cold) showers. The fridge did struggle to keep up with cooling things. We were unable to screenplay or airplay on the nice tvs because the WiFi’s were different. Honestly these are all pretty small things in our eyes. We would definitely stay here again! There was easy access to the beautiful snow canyon and many hikes. Also within 15 min of many great restaurant options. Also, the grill and outside seating was awesome! The space was also sunny and bright and open.

Pleasant storm stay

If the weather had cooperated I think our stay would have been better, but we used the jacuzzi, lazy river and the indoor game room which made it more fun and enjoyable than sitting in our villa. There’s something for everyone and every type of weather at Arcadia!

Very clean and nice

Very nice and clean for my family. We had 9 people…. 5 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. 2 small issues. The pool was cold and the bedrooms had no dressers. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the resort

Everything about this resort is beautiful. Its quiet, peaceful the pools, the lazy river pool, the cleanliness of our condo was just 5 starts.... We enjoy the entire experience. We'll be back!

Great all in one place!

This was a fantastic place. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. My family spent 3 nights here and it was like we never left home. We spent ALL day at the pool and everyone was so welcoming. We will be staying here more.
