THE SABITA SUITES, DESIGNED AS THE ULTIMATE PRIVATE DESERT GET-AWAY.
A stunning family friendly home with the perfect amenities for a private Palm Springs vacation. A main home of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, separate casita(5th bedroom) w/ private bath, easy garage access for parking on hot summer days, an amazing refreshing pool for the hot days & hot tub for a relaxing "evening in", get cooking on a Gas BBQ, just sit back at the large outdoor fire pit or covered dinning & enjoy.

The space
A home that was meant for multiple generations under one roof enjoying the desert lifestyle. With over 3200sf including the separate casita w/ private bath, the home has all the space you and your group can want. From the large dinning room w/ kitchen access, to an expansive great room including plenty of seating for all around the gas fireplace or wall mounted large smart TV's with HBO app, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc, (NO CABLE TV), a huge eat in Kitchen which features a giant island w/ access to the outdoor dinning, Natural Gas BBQ, and fire pit area. The main living space has everything you need to enjoy with the whole family even features a nook with a large L desk and half bathroom next to the convenient garage access. A huge master bedroom w/ ensuite full bathroom, large closet, separate mini split a/c to ensure you're as cool as possible w/ pool access as well. All of the other three bedrooms in the home are off of the hallway sharing the same full bathroom and large full laundry room.
One of the best features of the home is the separate casita and ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a private entrance just steps away from the main front door behind a gated courtyard. The casita features a large king bed, wall mounted large smart TV's with HBO app, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc, (NO CABLE TV), small seating area, a mini fridge, and not to mention plenty of storage w/ walk-in closet. It is a great space for the grandparents or even several families traveling together.
Saving the best for last, the amazingly private pool area and outdoors.

Guests will have complete access to all living areas of the house, yard and pool and spa if so equipped.
Other things to note
PALM SPRINGS CITY ORDINANCES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND ALL GUEST'S MUST ABIDE BY THE CITY ORDINANCES AT ALL TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS!
RESPONSIBLE PERSON of 25 years or older will be required to sign a contract prior to and/or at check-in. You shall be held legally responsible for compliance of all occupants and shall provide credit card information for a security deposit.
NO MUSIC AUDIBLE OUTSIDE - NO TOLERANCE POLICY ($500 min. Penalty will apply for violations).
NO OUTSIDE NOISE ($500.00 min. penalty will apply for violations)
OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED - 10 Overnight Guests / 4 additional Day Time Guests are only permitted between 10 am and 10 pm.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS - This is a reason for immediate Eviction.
TOT - Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5% will be charged in addition to our listed rates and listed as a 'Resort Fee' on your reservation.

Housekeeping
Our cleaning staff is professionally trained with extensive hotel experience. Daily maid service/laundry is available for an additional fee.
Massages
Poolside or in room Massages by a Certified Massage Therapist are available in the area where you can located and call have them come to you
Pets
Well behaved pets are always welcome with prior approval (limit 2 animals per listing). Our pet fee is $80 per animal.
Pool Heating/Cleaning
2 daysâ notice is required for pool heating (85f/30c). (TWO DAY MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR HEATING). The charge for this is $125per day. Please note all of our pools are cleaned twice a week and most have robotic sweepers as well (you may remove the sweeper if equipped during your stay â at your discretion). If you would like daily pool cleaning this can be arranged with advanced notice for an additional fee. If a pool service is requested during your stay an emergency pool service fee with a minimum of $25 may be charged.
Early Check-in/ Late Check-out Policy: Strictly based on availability upon request on the day of check-in/ check-out.
