Great location. Home was clean. It just dated or just needs to be freshen up. Floors need some repairs specially by the hallway. Pool furniture is moldy and may need replacement. But overall we had a good stay.

Ruim huis met zwembad in een redelijke buurt. Op loopafstand van Disneyland. Er waren voldoende handdoeken, wasmiddel, toiletpapier aanwezig. Bedden waren redelijk, beddengoed schoon. Goede informatie aanwezig. Zwembadmechanisme naast master bedroom maakt lawaai, maar stopt ‘s nachts. In 1 badkamer kwam halverwege ons verblijf geen water uit douche en badkraan, dit is gerepareerd (echter zonder onze toestemming het huis binnen gegaan terwijl wij weg waren). Daarna deed het slot van de voordeur het niet meer. Hebben hierover geprobeerd de verhuurder te bereiken (telefonisch en per email), maar geen reactie.

Not terrible but probably won’t book again

The home has plenty of space which was nice. We appreciated there was plenty of towels and laundry soap was provided. The game room was not usable in our opinion, there were holes in the ceiling, the carpet was filthy. The house, particularly bathrooms, were not as clean as I would have expected. The backyard and pool were smaller in person than photos appear. The area itself has many restrictions. They left us beach chairs at our request which I was grateful for, until realizing 2 of the 3 were broken and unable to be used which you could tell immediately upon opening. Communication is inconsistent and frustrating since it’s a company vs an owner. All in all it was fine, but I will not be booking with this company or in Anaheim again.

Great location, good size for sharing with families, just needs some TLC.

Very close proximity to Disneyland park. Good size for sharing with families. Management company needs to update photos listed on rental sites. The furniture is not the same and some beds are not the same posted in the pictures. This rental needs TLC, and some fixes need to be done. Management was easy to contact with any issues, responsiveness was quick turn around.

Great place for a large family

Stayed a week for Disneyland. There was 10 of us and we fit comfortably in this home. The 3 bathrooms with unlimited hot water worked great. We used uber to the park for under 15.00.

Very nice property

Overall a great property. Hosts were very attentive. House was large and very open. Enough room for 10 people to stay comfortably. A few drawbacks, only parking for 2 cars in the driveway and although there was a street permit available, it’s a free for all and anyone can park in front of the house. One neighbor had parties every night and took most of the street parking. Another drawback was the on demand hot water heaters that are on the exterior walls of the house took almost 10 minutes to reach the back bathrooms with warm water. Pluses are Disney is a short walk away if that’s your things and lots of restaurants and other amenities are real cland se. Overall a great property with a few small drawbacks.

Disney trip

We were happy happy with our stay. Family of 12 with 5 being kids that loved their own bunk beds and the pool was a hit! Walk to Disney was doable even with kids. Washer and dryer helped out our stay immensly!

Fun Week With Family

We had 10 people in our family and this property served us well. There were some minor cosmetic and maintenance issues but nothing major. The staff was friendly and easy to contact when needed. Plenty of towels provided for large group. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Dining room chairs are extremely uncomfortable and bar stools won’t stay up high. Pool and grill were great bonuses. Overall, a nice house and very convenient location to Disneyland.

Great stay close to Disney

The property was clean, spacious and had a great layout. We had every age group in our group of 12 and everyone from the adults to the baby had a place to rest their head, clean amenities, blankets etc. Water pressure in the bathrooms was solid. Check in and check out were super easy and convenient. While the pool is on the smaller side and the chlorine levels a bit high, it was really nice for the kids. The home is located perfectly for anyone wanting to go to Disney. Walking distance etc. The stroller that was made available on request was perfect for our days at the park. The only (and really very minor) problem with the home was the front door glass being so fragile. We spent a fair amount of time reminding the kiddos and tweens to be very gentle with the door and anyone who’s been around kids can probably tell you that that can be a tiny bit of a challenge 😅 Overall—a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Disneyland Trip

The property location was good. Close enough to Disneyland. Unfortunately, on our first day, we couldn’t take possession at 4pm as communicated in the reservation. The cleaners were still there until 4:30pm so we waited outside. When at the property, the game room doesn’t have air conditioning so not really tolerable on the hot summer days. None of the electronic, manual and board games could be played (broken and missing pieces). This was a disappointment for our grandkids. The property had the space we needed, but had quite a few problems, i.e., several water lines backward, only one dish towel, bathroom sensor fan in master bath would just randomly come on in the middle of the night, many places were sticky to the touch, the freezer is hard to put anything into and take out of because it can’t be opened very far, the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos and the depth is mis-marked on one side. It’s only about one foot, but is marked four ft. The listing says you can sit in the pool and watch Disney fireworks, but you can’t see them if in the pool. You need to be standing in a couple specific spots in the backyard to see them. Overall, I’d say it was a decent place to stay for a family of ten, but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Family vacation

When we arrived the code did not work and that was a bit frustrating. The front door glass was broken and just had masking tape over it anyone could have pushed out and entered house. The house was clean but in need of repair. Only one burner worked on stove and the oven burnt everything and made hissing sounds. Only 2 burners worked on the grill. The hot water took forever to come on. The coffee pot did not auto shut off which is fire hazard. Not enough towels for 9 people. Glass was broken on garage and taped up where game equipment was. Was close to Disney and could walk. However need to be careful because of homeless people along the way. Noisy dog next door barking a lot early morning and late at night. Bed had broken slats. Warped floor and need repair.

Disney Land Visit

I will start off with saying we all had a great time, especially the kids with all the swimming they got to enjoy. However, it seemed we found a different problem with the home every day. The floors are weak and creaky in places, there was a broken knob on the stove so we were always worried it was not all the way off. The coffee maker does not turn off automatically which could be a fire hazard. One of the showers was very tricky to get the hot water to actually work...we actually thought there was no hot water at all! Lastly, for a home to accommodate so many people, it would have been nice to have more sitting room in the living room. Having said all that, we loved the closeness to Disney Land and Downtown Disney. The washer and dryer was perfect for keeping up with wet towels and dirty kids, and the response time to our texts/concerns were handled very quickly:)

Graduation Disney Trip

Truly enjoyed the cleanliness of this property and closeness to the Disneyland Parks. There was a lot of room for everyone to have their own bed and bathroom - which alleviated a lot of headache getting out the door. When we needed to get in touch with the Manager, they responded promptly via text.

Overall good stay, room for improvement.

This property was walkable to Disneyland. However, you do have to walk on extremely busy roads and cross a few busy intersections. But overall it wasn’t a bad walk and we did it with strollers/kids. There was a few areas of the house that I thought could be much cleaner and be better taken care of. There was a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms near all of the bedrooms and the showers weren’t very clean. The turf around the pool got extremely soggy and muddy when we used the pool. It wasn’t the best experience. Luckily we were there to go to Disneyland so we only used the pool one day. The neighborhood was quit and we felt safe walking to and from the park when it was dark. Overall, the listing was accurate, but there is some room for improvement on cleanliness.

Accurate advertising and awesome stay

The hosts definitely make sure you are aware of the city quiet time ordinance. Place was clean and beautiful. Well equipped. We'll stay again in the future.
