Please Note: Just to let you know so there are no misunderstandings from the get-go we have been renting out this property for over the past 30 years plus years (Which was the 1st Short-Term Rental in Anaheim), and that we now offer our Guests the Added Option of adding on renting out our Upstairs' Rental Unit located above the garages for an additional 1,000 square feet of living space which includes 3 Additional Full Bedrooms; 2 Full Bathrooms; 1 "Wet Bar" area with large counter space to make "snacks" + Under the counter "mini-refrigerator/freezer," Microwave, and double sink; Private Upstairs' Laundry Room with new Washer & Dryer + Utility Sink; Plus New Mid-Century Modern Balcony to view the Disney Fireworks. PLEASE BE ADVISED: WE ONLY RENT THIS PROPERTYTO ONE GUEST GROUP AT A TIME! If interested regarding renting out the aforementioned Rental Unit, please contact us for a Quote. Just to let you know the above Rental Unit is freshly prepared & ready to go if you decide to rent that space out at the last minute prior to one's arrival/check in, or even after you get here. Otherwise, it is "locked" off with a deadbolt lock during one's stay here. Also, the maximum number of persons for renting out the entire Property/Estate is 17 persons for a 7 Bedroom Property (Which this is) per the City of Anaheim Short-Term Rental Regulations. Please Note: To protect your investment when "booking" a stay here, it is highly recommended that you buy Travel Insurance for your stay here. Past guests that did were very happy they did in the event something comes up unexpectantly. They sell it on the Internet.
