Studio propre et moderne avec kitchenette. EntiÚrement rénové en décembre 2018 - tout est neuf, y compris les sols, les armoires, la peinture d'intérieur, la douche, la vanité, les installations, le ventilateur de plafond, les meubles ...

Il y a un lit queen confortable et un matelas pneumatique (twin ou queen) peut ĂȘtre fourni pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires.

IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Princeville, vous ĂȘtes Ă  proximitĂ© des boutiques, des restaurants, du cafĂ©, du golf, des plages, de la randonnĂ©e et bien plus encore. Le complexe est calme et dispose d'une piscine, d'un bain Ă  remous et de barbecues sur place.

Il n'y a pas de cuisiniĂšre ni de four, mais vous trouverez une cafetiĂšre, un mixeur, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, une poĂȘle Ă©lectrique et un gril Ă©lectrique. Il n'y a pas de service de blanchisserie mais des serviettes et du linge de maison propres peuvent ĂȘtre fournis sans frais supplĂ©mentaires.

Nous apportons la touche finale au condo - nous devons encore ajouter des images aux murs, lampes, tapis et meubles de patio. Mettra Ă  jour les photos Ă  la fin du mois de janvier 2019.

Robyn was very responsive to our messages, answered lots of question and arranged for fresh towels and supplies in a very timely manner. This was the perfect home base for everything North Shore and getting to South Shore for activities as well. The kitchenette was awesome, there’s even an electric skillet to cook with. We will stay here again. If you use the hot tub, be aware that the step down is big, I was a bit surprised by that. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable after a long day of adventures. Parking was easy to find, there are two lots for this complex. Thank you, Robyn.

The unit is super clean and in a nice location. It has a comfortable bed and beach gear. All we needed for a few days in Princeville. Host is very responsive and replied to all my emails very quickly. Highly recommend!

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this property at a unit managed by Robyn and we look forward to coming back!Super clean. Bed is very comfortable. Communication is stellar. We were always able to find a parking spot. Pool is clean and well maintained.

Such a nice stay at Sandpiper! The condo had everything we needed including beach accessories! I highly recommend staying here. The host was very responsive as well.

Great location to the grocery store, and nearby town to shop in and beaches to visit!

The location was perfect for what we needed. Grocery store was right up the street a great beach to watch sunset at was a 10 minute drive.. The only downfall is the no air conditioning, but even in the summer the nights weren’t too bad with the windows open in a breeze

Great little escape

Thank you Robyn for a fabulous stay at your studio. It is in such an ideal location and access to a pool and hot tub, local amenities. It was cute, clean and pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay. One note - I would love there to be some basic items such as salt and pepper etc. available in the kitchen

There was no shelf area or table to set food or drinks on .. just two small night stands. There was adequate toilet paper and paper towel, but no tissue (Kleenex). The patio had a lot of dust and debris on the floor and table that we had to clean up before our use. The patio screen door needs to be replaced .. it’s old and difficult to move. This unit is adjacent to a side street that, to our surprise, had a lot of loud traffic noise that disturbed our sleep every night.

Very nice studio - bigger in real life too!

Aloha! My mother in law, sister, and I stayed in this studio. It was just GREAT! I was sooo impressed with this place in person!! Location was GREAT. Inside the place was very clean, nice big walk in shower (small step) also very roomy lanai/ patio!!! Our host/owner Robin, was an excellent communicator and so hospitable. We reallllly appreciated her tone and overall sense of hospitality. The studio was super nice and updated inside and had good amount of space for three women. In the grand scheme we had one small issue with our key getting stuck in the lock to the point where we had to reach out to our host who had to get property management involved—but Robin was so accommodating. Thankfully, property management was really good at getting the issue resolved too (although the property manager’s communication was at one point brash and overwhelming for my mother in law but Robin’s approach immediately made us feel comforted and felt heard). I understand that the hospitality industry can be hard and we are all human who sometimes have frustrations or life get the best of us. We do not feel any grudges. We would stay here again in an instant. And we hope to be welcomed back too. Mahalo for everything!!!
