À seulement quelques pas de la plage côté océan, situé dans le charmant complexe de villas de tennis Marriott Indian River Plantation (IRP) sur l'île South Hutchinson.

Condo entièrement meublé a une vue paisible au dernier étage sur les lacs, le golf et les couchers de soleil. Unité au troisième étage dans un immeuble avec ascenseur. Deux chambres, 2 salles de bain avec cuisine complète et laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Le complexe "Tennis Villas" possède son propre court de tennis, une piscine extérieure chauffée et un espace barbecue. Une place de parking réservée et un grand parking pour les invités. Les petits animaux domestiques seront considérés au cas par cas, veuillez contacter le propriétaire avant de réserver.

Deux bars Tiki et un restaurant sont dans la zone de villégiature Marriott IRP. Cinq minutes en voiture de nombreuses attractions (Elliott Car Museum, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, station de sauvetage historique House of Refuge) et une épicerie Publix. L'unité n'a pas de privilèges de golf au Marriott; mais le cours public du comté de Martin est à 10 minutes, avec de nombreux autres cours publics à moins de 20 minutes.

L'Association des propriétaires de condos exige des frais de 100 $ pour les nouveaux locataires, tel qu'indiqué à la rubrique Frais de propriétaire (frais de propriété). Un contrat de location signé est nécessaire pour confirmer entièrement la réservation après la réservation.

Great host, thoughtful and well-prepared—everything we needed was already on hand. The community is warm and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else you might need. And the sunsets? Truly some of the best you’ll ever experience, all from the comfort of the balcony. A wonderful stay all around!

Fabulous location, property is everything cited, and more! There is a binder curated by the owners and renters…full of a huge variety of local activities! We are so very grateful to have found this VRBO, and the owner! Responsive, most helpful and non-intrusive.

A gem by the Sea!

Ruth's condo was perfect for us! With a fabulous view of water and wildlife, we were able to relax and enjoy nature all around us. The beach was a quick walk and Ruth had everything we needed, from beach chairs to towels and more. Loved seeing the sunrises with coffee! Can't say enough good about this gem by the sea!

Wonderful place!

This is a lovely unit and property and is as advertised. There was a hurricane during our stay and Ruth alerted us immediately and kept us apprised throughout. The unit had hurricane shuttered and was completely safe. The beach which was just yards away was beautiful as was the pool. Beds were very comfortable. In all, we had a great time and can't wait to return. Thanks Ruth!

Ruth, the property owner is super responsive and very easy to deal with and is very accommodating. The unit is well equipped with beach and pool equipment and is really very well located. 50 steps to the 88° pool, 5 min walk to the beach, and close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. 5 min run to the supermarket and liquor store! This is a very nicely maintained unit and I would consider renting again.

Happy as a clam!

This condo is wonderful! A beautiful view of the golf course and the lake. Just a few minutes' walk to the pool and private beach access. You can see the sunrise from the ocean and the sunset from the screened in Lanai. Everything you need for the beach is supplied. Ruth has a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. I especially appreciated the local artists work displayed throughout; it gave me the feeling of being home! All of the linens were high quality and in excellent shape. The kitchen had really nice dishes and silverware as well as cookware. Love,love,love this place. Oh yeah....Shells galore at the beach. given the opportunity I would defiantly stay there again.

Great condo - saved a summer internship!

We have had many great experiences with VRBO and stayed in many great places over the past few years, but this one was the best - due to very challenging circumstances - thanks to a truly great owner, Ruth. Our daughter had a summer internship in Stuart, FL and we rented this condo as a safe, nearby place for her to stay - and that we also expected to visit several times on our way to and from a family vacation in the Bahamas. And then ... the novel coronavirus. Fortunately, the summer internship didn't get canceled, but the start date got delayed and the end date moved up as college plans for fall semester changed. Through it all, Ruth was incredibly attentive, kind, flexible and cooperative. Best owner we've encountered on VRBO. Once she finally got to FL, our daughter loved the condo. It was very clean, quiet and safe and close to her summer job. (Her review below). We rest of us never made it to FL or the Bahamas, but our daughter had a great experience. So, even sight unseen by the rest of us, both the condo and Ruth get rave reviews! Daughter's review: This condo is incredibly relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. Ruth is a great host, replied to messages very quickly and was very flexible. All of the appliances worked well, and the pool and a quiet beach were just steps away. Stuart and Jensen Beach are conveniently located and have great options for food and activities. I would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect beach condo for family vacation

Ruth's place is in the absolute perfect location for a family vacation - it has immediate access to a very quiet, private beach, tennis courts, and easy bike ride to a local grocery store, convenience store, and surf shop. I stayed here for a few months and had a wonderful time. The community and condo are in impeccable shape. A real find. My highest recommendation, will definitely return whenever I have the chance! Thank you Ruth for all of the clear communication and thoughtfulness during our stay!

Now both retired, our permanent residence is Norfolk, Virginia, where we enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay, playing golf, and working on restoring damaged wetlands on our beautiful urban river, the Lafayette. In the dead of winter we enjoy a few months in Florida for more golf and enjoying Mother Nature. We are happy to share our lovely place with others too !

The Marriott Indian River Plantation is a resort area on South Hutchinson Island, a barrier island just north of Jupiter, FL. The area has a natural, relatively undeveloped feel as there is ample green space. The resort is bordered by the ocean on the east, the Indian River Lagoon on the west, and a nature preserve to the south. Martin County has a four-story building height limit and many public beaches. The Stuart downtown is quaint and has a lovely riverfront walkway. The Marriott resort consists of 17 condominium communities, a hotel and a marina, all encircling a beautiful golf course.

Beautiful peaceful views from our condo over the golf course, lakes and sunsets. A five minute walk to the beach, one minute walk to the pool & BBQ, tennis/pickleball court. A very pleasant, walkable area with prevalent birdlife. Easy access to services on the mainland.
