Wendy was an excellent host! Took care of a coffee pot issue the minute we got there, to ensure we had no problems the following morning. She even supplied us with a new full can of coffee! She was extremely quick to respond to several questions during our stay. There are a LOT of steps from lower level laundry room to upper level bedrooms, but the exercise did us good! Location was ideal, with easy trips to/from Banff and surrounding attractions. We absolutely loved Canmore! Great food and shopping without the Banff congestion. Our group of six had an absolutely wonderful experience here.

Very nice to accommodate 7 women comfortably! Loved all the bathrooms and sitting areas! Host was easy to communicate with! One of the bedding sheet sets wasn’t very clean - but other than that was great

The rental was ideally located with views of the mountains. Very walkable to the town center with a multitude of shops and restaurants. We were very pleased with the spacious bedrooms and en-suites, as well as the three balconies. After long days of hiking and sightseeing, family members enjoyed the hot-tub. Guests will be pleased to find the refrigerator is quite large and a bonus is a separate beverage refrigerator. The kitchen is adequately equipped. A special treat in the en-suite bathrooms is the heated floor! How nice it was to have a well-stocked bathroom with rolls of toilet paper! One suggestion is that the unit could use some refreshing of the towels and sheets. The carpeting in some of the bedrooms needed either a good cleaning or replaced. Overall, if those few improvements were made, this unit would received a 5-star rating.

This is a very nice community with ease of walking and access to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the comfortable beds and overall space to gather with family. We were disappointed in the availability of decent cooking equipment for the price (which generally seemed high for off/shoulder season). Communication was great until the day of arrival but fortunately all went smoothly. A few updates to furniture in the main living area would be nice (and the television is oddly placed there). Loved the views, particularly from upstairs.

Great stay for family vacation with adult children

The property more than lived up to its online description and photos. Fantastic home, great location-perfect for us and our adult kids and their spouses for our trip to Banff!
