★ Hot Tub & Pool: The Mercer complex does not have its own hot tub or pool. However, Elevation Place (2-minute drive) offers a full public recreation facility including fitness center, climbing wall, aquatic playground, lazy river, hot tub, and swimming pool.

★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
★ Please avoid food or drinks in the bedrooms: Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor shoes inside to protect the flooring. Feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Please avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye. Feel free to bring your own wipes or dark towels.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) must be stored in the garage. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may trigger a fire alarm or pose fire hazards.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.
