Situé sur la rue History Tchoupitoulas. Restez dans un morceau de l'histoire de la Nouvelle-Orléans! Duplex de fusil de chasse de 100 ans. Plancher original de coeur de pin dans toute la maison. 3 lits dans 2 chambres et peut accueillir confortablement 4-5 personnes!

Quartier:
1 pâté de maisons des itinéraires de parade et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins, un café et un grand parc de quartier. 2 pâtés de maisons de 2 épiceries, Rouse's et Winn-Dixie. Moins de 2 miles des universités Tulane et Loyola. 3 pâtés de maisons de la célèbre rue du Magazine avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Très proche de 3 célèbres bars de la Nouvelle-Orléans, du F & M's Patio Bar, du Grit’s Bar et du Tchoup 45. À distance de marche de la brasserie de Port Orleans et de la salle de musique Tipitina's. Dans la même rue que et à 1 mille du centre des congrès et du terminal de croisière! Vous pouvez prendre la célèbre voiture de la rue St Charles jusqu'au quartier français et au centre-ville ou prendre un rapide Uber pas cher.

Cette liste est pour le côté droit du duplex qui est fermé de l'autre côté de la maison. Il y a une porte d'entrée privée avec accès au clavier. Cette liste est pour la moitié de la maison qui comprend 2 chambres, une salle de bains et un porche spacieux. Il y a une kitchenette, mais il n'y a pas de salon.

Il y a un parc pour chiens Wisner au coin de la maison. Il dispose d'une piste pour chiens, d'un terrain de baseball, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants et d'un terrain de basket. Il y a 3 bars à quelques maisons de la maison. F & M's Patio Bar, Tchoup 45 et Grit's Bar. Il y a 2 grandes épiceries à distance de marche à quelques pâtés de maisons, Rouse's et Winn-Dixie. Il y a un bar à café et expresso à 2 pâtés de maisons. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à distance de marche. Magazine Street est à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons. Il ne faut que 10 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville et au quartier français. L'aéroport est à environ 20 minutes. Presque tout dans la ville est à moins de 15 minutes et presque tout le centre-ville est à distance de marche.

We had a great stay in this lovely house. We particularly enjoyed the covered back porch, which feels like a hidden garden. The jasmine covering the front yard fence is amazing. Magazine Street is only a few minutes away. Owners are thoughtful and responsive.

Everything at this place was fantastic. The covered deck and area in the back of the house made a nice shaded area to relax at the end of a lot of walking! The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. If we had to complain about something, it would be that the drains in the tubs drain slowly, but we definitely survived it. We will most assuredly stay here again!!

Short spring break trip with teenagers

This house if gorgeous inside! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean, well stocked, and had really comfortable beds. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just perfect!

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location that had everything we could think of! We were able to settle in and felt right at home during our visit to NOLA for Mardi Gras this year. Enjoyed our stay

The house was spotless, well furnished kitchen, beds very comfortable, backyard quiet and private. Easy access to grocery, restaurants and bars. Owner was very responsive to our needs including dropping our luggage off early. We used the noise machines to cover the urban sounds. The unique neighborhoods in NOLA are what makes it such a great place to visit.

Wow! This beautifully decorated home was the perfect place for me and my family to stay in during our trip to NOLA. The home represents the Southern charm of Nawlin's perfectly. Great location...minutes from Magazine St., St. Charles & the French Quarter. Close to the Superdome if you're in town to watch the Saints play. Beautiful private back patio where you can unwind from a long day of partying in the Quarter. Close to so many great restaurants and bars! Can't express enough what a wonderful home to stay Meticulously clean with super comfortable king size beds, with a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Stunning wood floors and rustic brick throughout the home. I'll be back to stay for sure!

Girls NO Trip

Lovely home. David was super helpful in recommending places to visit and providing directions. The home is well situated for walking to Magazine St. for coffee, shopping and restaurants. And short Lyft rides into the French Quarter. Tchoupitoulas is a busy street so there was some traffic noise.Overall, we had a great time.

Best Appointed Property We Have Rented

This property is delightful. The entire inside has been newly renovated and extremely well stocked. The kitchen and baths are marble. The floors are refinished pine. There is a large beverage bar with an electric coffee pot for a group and a Keurig for individual servings of coffee. We have never stayed in a better appointed VRBO. It’s a bit off Magazine on a well traveled street but we never heard outside noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed and clean. Convenient to the rest of the City.

We stayed here with my family of 6 over spring break. The house is spacious, well appointed, and clean. Parking is on-street but we never had an issue finding a space near the house. Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to this house is that it is around the corner from a dive bar that was pumping out very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights until the early hours of the following day. Our kids slept through it but my wife and I did not. There were earplugs in the night stands next to the beds, but we did not discover them until we were leaving. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Everything we wanted

This house was perfect for our family with two adult daughters, We had spacious bedrooms with great closet space and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was key for us as we like to get outside in the fresh air even in the humidity of NOLA. The house was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We were a few blocks away from Rouses (grocery/liquor) so we were able to walk and get the extras. We didn't have a car and you certainly do not need one. We found some excellent new restaurants and visited some old favorites. Walked to/from Magazine Street both day and night from shopping, dining and dancing. Don't miss a trip to Hansen's Sno-Bliz - we had never been but considering the line we knew it had to be good. It was GREAT and a NOLA classic that you must try at least once! We would certainly recommend this house and stay again as well. Thank you David for your prompt response to every question I asked and for sharing your great home with our family. NOLA never disappoints! Laissez les bons temps rouler

Nicely renovated property

The apartment was very nice feeling and well renovated. David was easy to communicate with. The street noise was a little loud at night, but also we were there during Mardi Gras so that could have been a factor.

Enjoyed our last minute getaway!

We booked our short stay the day before and wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was great and the condo was super clean. The owner greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly offering suggestions and advise if we needed. I would stay here again.

Awsome sauce

We loved the prperty. Well taken care of and just as pictured . Our host and hostess were very helpful and frendly . I would defintly stay here again .

My wife and I both live and work in the beautiful city of New Orleans! We love our city and we want to share it with you. We like to have fun, go out to bars and party, and of course travel! We hope you have a wonderful stay with us.

You will stay in a 100 year old beautifully recently renovated New Orleans style home that is close to everything our amazing city has to offer. Uptown New Orleans is a walkable neighborhood in New Orleans that is famous for St. Charles Avenue, Magazine street, the street car, and historic homes. There are many famous restaurants and bars within walking distance of our home.

1 Block away from the parade routes and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and large neighborhood park. Less than 2 miles away from Tulane and Loyola Universities. 3 Blocks from the famous Magazine Street with plenty of shopping and eateries. Very close to 3 famous New Orleans bars, F&M’s Patio Bar, Grit’s Bar, and Tchoup 45. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores. Walking distance to Port Orleans Brewery and the music venue Tipitina's. There is a Wiser Dog park around the corner from the house. It has a dog run, baseball diamond, playground for kids, and a basketball court. There is 3 bars a few houses down from the house. Rouse's, and Winn-Dixie. There is a coffee and espresso bar 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants with in walking distance. Magazine Street is only 3 block away. It only takes 10 minutes to drive to downtown and the French quarter. The airport is about 20 minutes away. Almost anything in the city is less than 15 minutes away and almost all of Uptown is walking distance away.
