Maison récemment rénovée avec les meilleurs équipements modernes. Salon ouvert, idéal pour se divertir et se détendre. Cuisine du chef magnifique avec des appareils haut de gamme. Porche pittoresque avec balançoire et bistro. Grande chambre des maßtres avec coin salon. Trois chambres d'hÎtes (2 chambres avec lits queen, 1 chambre avec 3 lits jumeaux, parfait pour les enfants et les adolescents). Un pùté de maisons de l'effervescence de Magazine Street et un pùté de maisons de la beauté du parc Audubon. La Nouvelle-Orléans vit à son meilleur! S'il vous plaßt noter que la maison est surélevée, donc il y a des escaliers menant au porche / enterance. Numéro de permis de licence de location à court terme: 18STR-10592.

Great location everything worked well in the house so nice to have it stocked with all the little extras. You usually have to rush out and buy extra of stitches, toilet paper, trash bags, dish, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, etc. all those little things in while it certainly makes a difference when you get there even some spices in the cabinetry. Everything was well maintained. The beds are super comfortable so is debating love love the location. Great host.

The house was very spacious and clean. The house had an open concept living room and large kitchen which is rare in older New Orleans homes. We were a small group but this house would accommodate a large group very nicely. The beds were all very comfortable with nice bedding and the bathrooms were all updated and spacious. Loved the proximity to Magazine Street, Audubon Park and Tulane - very walkable area. The host really went out of their way to accommodate our very last-minute booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Uptown

Perfect place for our extended family visit for Tulane’s graduation. Easily accommodated our party of 6. Right by Audubon Park, a top place to visit in New Orleans. Easy walking distance to several restaurants, including two of the best in the city (Clancy’s, Saba). Tons of storage - master bedroom has huge walk-in closet and the other bedrooms each have a closet and a dresser. Bathrooms are all very nice and clean. Walkable to the St. Charles Ave streetcar. Very spacious living room with big, comfortable couch. AC worked great.

Great NoLa stay near Audobon Park

The property was very spacious and clean. It was well-stocked in a great neighborhood a block off Magazine Street near Audobon. Only a one mile walk to Tulane and just a few blocks from some great restaurants.

Long Jazzfest weekend

Great Uptown location, very responsive host, lovely, comfortable property with very spacious feel and very nice kitchen. Guests should note two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom.We’ll be back! Thanks.

Great place to stay near Audubon Park

Our son got married at the Audubon Club House. This was an excellent place for our family to gather and stay before the wedding. Plenty of room to socialize.

Amazing house!

Amazing property! Will be renting when we come back. We were in town visiting family who live in the neighborhood and it was so wonderful to be walking to so many things in the uptown area. Very close to the zoo if you have kids! But no need for a car with so many coffee shops, restaurants so close. The owners were so helpful and answered every question very quickly we had. Highly recommend this property

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

This property is exactly as pictured! Actually, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It has an old New Orleans feel of luxury and is only a few minutes walk from so many amenities. The host was excellent in showing us the property and the property also has so many little extras that you wouldn’t even think of. If you are considering booking this property, do it!

Truly a gem!! Nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in

This house is GORGEOUS. It’s even prettier and bigger than the pictures. Is has everything you need to actually be able to cook meals, and in general, just so many thoughtful touches. Like having clothing, steamers and extra bedding and a speaker system. The porch swing with a magnolia tree behind it is a dream. Check in was extremely easy, the owners and property manager are all really the nicest people. And the house is just a few minutes walk to the park, and a close walk to Whole Foods and cute stores. Honestly I loved it so much, and it really made our trip feel special.

Awesome house

This house was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. The location was perfect and the house was so spacious and had everything we needed for the kids. It was great not to have to bring all the extras for the kids! The host were great as well! Will definitely be back!

The home was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was better than I could have expected! The area around the home was perfect with walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the gorgeous park. We will be back!

Incredible home near Magazine Street and Audubon Park

This home is fabulous - maybe one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Great location near Magazine Street - walking distance to restaurants and to Whole Foods (as long as you don't have too many groceries). If you have a car there is easy parking out front. The home is nicer than the photos and would be a great place for a family to stay as the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 beautiful bathrooms and the downstairs has a kids room with 3 beds and another full bath. The front porch is a delightful spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings. 2 blocks to Audubon Park. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware/etc. Great home!

A perfect getaway!

This property was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean! We all enjoyed relaxing in the den, and particularly appreciated the updated bathrooms and nice sized bedrooms. We walked around the corner for breakfast of pastries and coffee, delicious. The convenient location is also close to Audubon Park and the zoo, many restaurants, and a Whole Foods grocery store. There was great communication with the owner too.

Great home in prime uptown location

This home exceeded expectations. The house itself is large and modern. It was perfect for my family. Walking distance to Audubon Park and shopping and restaurants on Magazine. Easy drive or Uber anywhere including the Quarter. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful, updated home near Audubon Park

This home was PERFECT! It had a charming porch which we utilized daily!❀ The furniture and decor was classy! The home had many amenities that made our stay comfortable. The area was safe and walking distance to many shops on Magazine Street. đŸ€© Loved it!
