New years getaway

It was an absolutely beautiful property. View was amazing. Beds could have been a little more comfortable with maybe a foam top, but other then that it was an amazing property and absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

Silver lake Fox Tail

Relaxing beautiful area. Enjoyed every moment. Charming home with beautiul sunsets. Quiet area. Fun kayaking and fishing. The rain showers didnt ruin the day.. we just visited Princeton, Waupaca and Wautomas cute little shop.

Great Lake House

Terrific small family lake cabin

Our family had a terrific time at this silver lake cabin. We caught plenty of fish, swam, paddle boarded, cruised and enjoyed the beautiful cabin and dock area. A couple things to be aware of: you are very close to one neighbor but she is very friendly (we just were not expecting how close they would be), the main bedroom doesn’t have an a/c unit and got warm compared to the kids room and downstairs. We setup a lot of fans to direct the cool air from other rooms to ours. Overall an excellent value. Renting this cabin is better than most on the lake because it’s in a wake free portion of the lake AND gets sunsets across the lake from you. Having a bar/restaurant with lake access is always a plus for us as well.

Clean, comfortable, great location

The property is very clean and a great location. It has all the basics you need to cook at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The exterior grounds and amenities are fantastic. The only negative was that the portable air conditioner in one of the bedroom was not working and we had to install a different one that was on the property in order to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Communication with the host, Janelle, was great leading up to the stay. I accidentally forgot a couple shirts hanging in the closet and asked about them. I contacted the host as soon as I realized but I have not heard back.

Family get away

Cozy lake cottage! The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well-maintained, convenient, and cozy. Janelle was very responsive and made the process quite easy. Highly recommend.

Great Property

Great stay on Foxtail Bay

We stayed here in August 2022 and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The house is exceptionally well located and the waterfront and beach is great. There are lots of water toys and we look forward to returning for another stay and enjoy the fishing, restaurants, and other activities in the area.

Cozy Lake House

This cozy lake house has easy access to the water. Silver Lake is great for pan and bass fishing. Many water toys are available. The view is spectacular. I love the balcony! The interior is updated and stocked with everything you need. We loved our stay!

Quiet summer stay

We loved how the property was in a very quiet part of the lake. We fished a lot and caught out fair share of nice bass both off the dock and in the boat. Great swimming area for the kids and they loved the swim pad!

We had a wonderful stay

The property was beautiful and nicely maintained. We had a wonderful time both in the lake home and on the water. The water is very clear with a nice sandy bottom. There were weeds this time of the year but were not an issue for the kids playing on the aqua mat and jumping in the lake. Be mindful of the stairs if you bring elderly guests. We had such a nice time - thank you!

Feels like Home

Charming cottage that felt like a new home! Furnishings were so nicely kept and comfortable. Nice size bedrooms and comfy beds. Lake views from the bedrooms were amazing. Kitchen had everything we need and plenty of space. Outdoors, more than what you need
 paddleboards, kayaks, paddle boat- all in excellent condition. Lots of sitting space on the lakeside deck including a 3 person padded swing. Friendly host who responded to a couple questions during the week immediately. Highly recommend!

Cute place on silver lake

We very much enjoyed our time at this vrbo on Silver Lake. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with, everything was easy and seamless. The home is kept very clean, not huge but worked for our family of four. The bedrooms upstairs are perfect, both with walk out decks to lake, the view could not be better! The one bathroom is quite small but we knew that going in based on another review. The location is great, there are a few weeds to swim past but then the water is perfect. The kids absolutely loved playing on the swim mat. We would definitely go back again, thank you so much for opening up your home!

Another great stay!

This is our second year staying at the property. The owner has made some nice upgrades to the property such as a new deck and the addition of a paddle boat for use which is great for parents with little kids. The cottage has everything that you need! We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and quaint

We loved our stay at this location. The house is small but was comfortable for our family of six. It was very clean and cozy with lots of natural light. Kitchen is well stocked. The boat landing runs alongside the house which was very convenient for getting our boat in and out of the water. We appreciated being in the bay with no wake. Very peaceful. Owner was a great communicator and very accommodating. We’ll be back!

Relaxing stay

Family fun

Family fun We are 4 adults, one child 3 years old. Perfect Place for children. A lot of water toys, Very nice little sand area. Easy to take walks and close to town definitely would like to come again

Silver Lake...

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great family time! weather was overall pretty cooperative considering it was late in the season. The house was very nice. Well supplied and clean. The addition of the water toys (kayak, etc.) was great. The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom was pretty lumpy. We loved staying there, but was ready to come home to our own bed. Would recommend and definitely consider a visit in the near future.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here! The sandy beach and swim area with the maui mat was by far the greatest hit for the kids. They also enjoyed the paddle boat and SUPs. Fishing off the dock was so fun for all being able to see all the fish in the clear water. We brought our boat and were able to easily dock and use it the whole time. Being in the quiet bay with amazing sunsets was the best! Some things to note is that the house is quite small. The bathroom was a squeeze trying to clean off the kids multiple times a day and the shower is TINY! Also the beds weren't awful but not the most comfortable. The neighbor is very friendly but you basically share a yard so it wasn't totally private. All in all the host was very friendly, great location, and the whole stay was very easy and relaxing. We hope to be back next year!
