Welcome to our magical place. It's a true gem on Lake Morris, located on a very quiet dead-end road on a couple acres of land. If you're a wildlife lover, you will be in heaven! There are NO STEPS , no slopes to the water making it especially nice for grandparents to join in on the vacation! Mt. Morris Lakes system is a flowage lake that is part of a five lake chain covering 172 acres located in Waushara County. Fish include panfish, largemouth bass and northern pike. No wake before 10am and after 5pm - perfect for motor sports during the day and fishing or paddle-boarding, kayaking in the morning or evening. We supply all the toys! Paddle boards/kayaks, tubes, inflatables, etc. 2021 Bennington 10 person pontoon boat available for rent for extra charge. The luxury log home is spacious with 2,700 sq. feet of living space the great room has a 26-foot cathedral ceiling with a huge stone fireplace as the focus point, beautifully log wood exposure, equipped with all the amenities of home. High end furnishings, linens, and decor will make this a pleasure for your vacation. 3 large bedrooms, 3 ½ baths (bathroom in each bedroom) wonderful country kitchen with all the bells and whistles, 2 full size refrigerators (one in the garage), 3 TV’s, washer & dryer, foosball table, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table, gas grill, 2 bonfire fire pit, private pier and an abundance of outdoor furniture including closed gazebo, huge trampoline and playset for younger children. A new addition for the 2023 season - brand new 9 person HotTub! A wonderful fire pit is perfect for the sunset show and smores (complimentary firewood you would ever need along with a VERY handy dolly to transport the wood & flame included!) Garage has a magnetic mosquito net that closes with ease so easy to close it with ease and go in/out while still feeling like you’re outside.
The lake has an awesome swimming beach that is a kayak/boat ride or a very short drive away. There are many biking & hiking trails, close by park with lots of things to do: tennis courts, volleyball field, basketball, playground for children, picnic areas, etc. Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry farm and amish eggs, seasonal veggies close by. In winter time Nordic Mountain (1.3 mile away) is a great opportunity for skiing, snowboarding and tubing for a family winter fun time. This home has it all and would be perfect for multi-generational family gatherings, reunions or just simple time out of town.
Downtown Wautoma is 10 min away and it's full of quaint little shops and restaurants, candy store, ice cream, etc.

There is a $99 insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage.

We have cameras outside to keep an eye on our dock, driveway and patio during storms and events. There are no indoor cameras.

Please wash & dry towels, start dishwasher, and lock all windows and doors before departure. No pets/smoking allowed and cigarette butts left outside will forfeit deposit.

No Bathroom Towels, no beach towels available
Please bring your own sunscreen, beach towels/towels , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

Kitchen:
*Napkins, 2-3 rolls of paper towels, cleaning supplies, dishwashing/drying rack, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, sponge.

Kitchen towels, baking sheets, muffin pan, pizza pan, all cooking/baking utensils, silverware, lots of plates and bowls, pots, pans, casserole dishes, 9x13 pans, pie plates, 1 slow cooker, electric kettle, waffle maker, 4 slice toaster, KitchenAid mixer, hand mixer, onion/veggie chopper, large platter and serving bowl, large roasting pan w/rack, mixing bowls, leftovers containers, gravy boat, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee pot & Keurig® K-Cafe® Special Edition Single Serve Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino Maker.

*Coffee filters, Equal packets, tea, Garbage bags, Saran Wrap, foil, sandwich baggies.
First aid kit - in kitchen cabinet above microwave.

Laundry:
*Bleach, Shout stain treater, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, laundry drying rack.

Broom, dust plan, hardwood floor swiffer, vacuum.

Bedrooms:
Sheets, comforter, pillows, throw blankets, waste basket.
Please don't take any of the comforters/blankets outside.

Shed:
We have around 15 life jackets, but if you like you can bringing your own. Lots of water inflatables, electric air pump, 2 paddle boards/4 kayaks, 2 paddle boats, swim raft, etc

**when you leave the items should be neatly put away and look tidy!**

5 large trash cans

Fire wood, flame clicker & marshmallow roasters.

Gas grill and extra tank.

Lawn toys and games, 3 adult bikes 2 big kid bike, no helmets.

Plenty of outdoor seating options, numerous camp chairs, and a couple loungers.

Please contact us immediately if something breaks or there is any damage so we can utilize the Insurance protection plan you purchased! This is time sensitive.

Winter Fun:
1. Skiing/tubing/snowboarding only 1.3 miles away.

2. Snowmobiling: Waushara County has wonderful snowmobile trails throughout the county or more, close buy placas allow to rent snowmobiles if needed. Do you know that you can go on a snowmobile up to the Canadian border?

3. Ice Fishing: The area boasts of 96 lakes so ice fishing is at a premium, the local marinas can outfit you with bait and tackle.
