Charmante maison au sommet d'une colline avec vue sur la ville

Cette petite chambre de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains a l'air magnifique au centre-ville de Chippewa Falls. Cette maison est près du Heyde Centre for the Arts et est proche de tout ce que la ville de Chippewa Falls a à offrir.

Cette maison de 120 ans est entièrement rénovée avec tout le caractère et le charme laissés en place. Notre maison dispose de deux foyers au gaz parfaits pour les nuits froides d'hiver. La maison est équipée d'appareils Kenmore Elite.

Passez la soirée dans notre cour arrière légèrement éclairée. Admirez le coucher de soleil sur le porche et assurez-vous de prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner sur le pont surplombant la ville. Profitez d'un bon feu sur le patio en brique ou absorbez votre stress dans notre bain à remous extérieur. Veuillez noter le bain à remous extérieur (saisonnier) du 1er juin au 30 septembre.

Notre maison est un séjour parfait pour ceux qui ont leur mariage au Heyde Center for the Arts. Les mariés utilisent la maison pour se préparer pour le grand jour, le couple marié se retire à la maison pour une nuit de noces romantique et c'est un excellent endroit pour ouvrir les cadeaux le lendemain!

Nous sommes également à proximité de la patinoire Chippewa Falls, qui abrite l'équipe de hockey Chippewa Steel! Nous sommes une famille de hockey de part en part et aimons l'acier! Cette maison est un endroit idéal pour les familles Steel pour passer le week-end à regarder leur joueur de hockey préféré!

This is a super comfy home with lots of room for our family. The house is well stocked for cooking and the hot tub was a treat. The house is walking distance to downtown Chippewa Falls and has a great view from the deck. Easily one of the top VRBOs we have stayed at due to it being a complete package and a great value. This is a gem!

We had a wonderful time staying in this very charming home. It was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of six ladies. It was well stocked with everything we needed and was much cozier than staying in a hotel. We walked downtown to shopping and fun places to eat, drink and listen to live music. The outdoor space looked like it would be wonderful and we all agreed we would like to come back again at a warmer time of year when we could utilize it. Great location for walking distance from downtown and Leinie Lodge. Quaint old home with a lot of space for 5 of us. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit. It was a bonus that the wood was provided for us.

Great spot to stay

We enjoyed our two night stay! The house was clean and well stocked with soaps and paper towels. The deck was great to hang out and visit on. The hot tub was a nice touch to end the day. The home was in a great location for walking downtown as well. We plan to stay at the house again.

Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!

Charming an cozy ladies’ getaway

A group of friends and I gathered in this house to have a relaxing weekend getaway. The place was wonderful, beautiful old world charm with all the modern amenities. We reconnected over morning coffee on the deck in the treetops, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a late night chats around the fire pit. We had some good meals based on the host’s recommendations and had a great time wandering around town shopping at the antique mall and the boutiques. Absolutely loved it, thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband Jason & have been raising our family in this home for 15 years and have lived in the home for nearly 20 years. We have 4 children ages 15-7 and they have rode up and down the alley where the home is located and nearby streets with their bicycles for years.

We love the history and character that an old home has to offer. We have renovated every part of the home over the years on our own. We recently built a new home, but have decided we cannot part with the home that has helped write on the slate of our family.

We love the charm that the City of Chippewa Falls has to offer and believe others would love to spend a weekend in our quaint home soaking up the small town atmosphere. We love to walk downtown and listen to music in the park on Sundays or grab a bite to eat at Max's.

Our photo was taken August 9, 2019, which was the day we left this home for our new home. It was a bitter sweet day.

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.
