RABAIS TARIF HEBDOMADAIRE. Ce magnifique condo Ocean Front est sur la plage. La seule chose qui vous sépare des vagues et le sable est la célèbre promenade. Réveillez-vous à la vue et le son de l'océan Pacifique directement en face de vous avec notre grande baie vitrée dans la chambre principale. Le salon, salle à manger, cuisine et chambre de maître tout face à l'océan. Le condo est situé au 2ème étage offrant intimité, calme et sécurité pour vous et votre famille, tout en vous permettant de visualiser toute la plage et la promenade action ci-dessous.

Le condo a un lit queen hotel, 2 lits jumeaux, airbed queen, sofa en cuir et fauteuil inclinable en cuir.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et manger, vous aurez besoin. le
chambre principale a un lit queen size et télévision, la deuxième chambre 2 lits jumeaux et un ordinateur,
et le salon un canapé, fauteuil, TV, lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo ,,. Le grand balcon donne sur la promenade et dispose de sièges patio pour 6 et un barbecue à gaz.

Tous les draps sont fournis à l'exception des serviettes de plage. Nous fournissons même des planches de bodyboard et chaises de plage.
Il ya un espace de stationnement ci-dessous l'unité assez grand pour accueillir le plus grand SUV.

Le condo est situé à mi-chemin entre le Pacifique Beach Pier et le célèbre Belmont Park roller coaster. Juste à l'arrière de notre bâtiment sont plusieurs restaurants, location de vélo, planche de surf de vacances, les magasins de vêtements, magasins de plage, et des instructions de surf. Promenez-vous jusqu'à la promenade pour trouver plus de restaurants, service de chambre quotidien ne est pas disponible. Non-fumeur.

Right on the boardwalk. Loved the boogie boards and access to walk to everything! Had to close the doors at night because the boardwalk was busy/at times loud but also very fun. Price was the same as a hotel room with 3x the space and amenities. No AC & limited kitchen tools for cooking but overall a very nice stay, and they allowed us to check in early!

A great location

Beach front with great views. Property is a bit dated, but overall very nice. Right on the boardwalk with easy access to restaurants and shops. Host is very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

The property was super comfortable and clean. The unit had all the needed necessities and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Easy and quick access from door to beach in seconds. Property manager was very kind, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this location again.

A beautiful location. Quiet and yet within walking distance of many wonderful shops and restaurants. The hosts were attentive and took care of all our needs right away. The place was clean and the sunsets were incredible. We loved our stay

Perfect getaway

Just as pictured. Perfect location for enjoying sunsets, the beach with easy access to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Hosts provided very helpful information on local dining and sites to see and made sure that our check in process and stay went smoothly.

Matt, please check all of our 69, 5 star reviews below to see what others have said about our condo. We care deeply about the condition of our condo and were surprised by your review since you texted us that everything was great. You had absolutely no problems. You were referring to the condition of the building complex needing updating/cleaning not our specific unit. Being on the beach we get constant moist salt air and heavy, sandy foot traffic. Our association has just hired additional staff to provide cleaning for our bldg. While the exterior of the building has not changed over time, the interior of our unit has been upgraded, most recently with new paint, flooring and bathroom. We hope that you enjoyed the welcome gifts and a 3 hr early check in.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at the Mission Beach Resort for one week and it was perfect for us. Marianne and Jef's help with getting settled, info on the condo, things to do in the area, etc. was great. Their communication was excellent, and they did all they could to make things go smoothly during our stay. The location is perfect; from the boardwalk to the beach, the sunsets and local restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Mothers Day

Perfect location for a weekend get away. The location is on the beach and only a small walk to the bay. Plenty of places to eat! Parking is right in front but we did not even need a car. We were able to walk to everything. If I could I would give the owners an 11 for their outstanding service and kindness.

Great place in a great location!

Our stay here did not disappoint. The view and the location are wonderful. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, sightseeing all day in the San Diego area, and then returning to this home-like condo after a long day to hit the beach or people watch from the balcony above the boardwalk. The host was very communicative, shared attraction info, local restaurant recommendations, and checked in often to make sure all was going well, which was super helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities. I would definetely stay here again. Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom. But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it. Loved the unit.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessities. I’m always concerned with the quality of beds in a rental, but we had nothing to worry about. The Queen bed in the primary bedroom was firm and very comfortable for 2 people. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Jef and Marianne were very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo Rental

My wife and I booked this rental for our honeymoon and loved it. The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing from the balcony/Master bedroom. Easy parking and great location to many shops and resturants. Location on the boardwalk is decent. About a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. We booked our rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were able to cook a small meal in the kitchen without issues. Would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back.
