Our second time staying here - spacious, well appointed condo in the perfect spot in the heart of Rosemary. We come to Rosemary 4-5 times each year and will definitely stay here again and again.

Great roomy condo in Rosemary

Very modern, airy and light condo with large open spaces and bedrooms. Situated perfectly atop Restaurant Paradis and close to everything. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again!

Excellent location and beautiful condo

We enjoyed the location and convenience to the restaurants, pool and beach. The condo was perfect for 3 women who needed their own bathrooms and it was very spacious. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious and clean condo!

The condo is perfectly designed for a family of 5. The access to the beach is just a few minute walk, The sofa is a bit uncomfortable and the board games are missing quite a few pieces. The beds were extremely comfortable. The property management was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Lovely convenient location

The Mercado is a great location, and the condo was perfect for my husband, my sister, and my 80-year-old parents. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, central location that is literally 2 minutes from the beach and seconds from all the best food in Florida! Used the bikes, enjoyed the pools, and drank coffee on the cute porch each morning with my dad. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location with access to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. Only issue was about 30 minutes delay after the posted check in time so they could finish cleaning with my family out in the heat and unhappy. Otherwise great stay.

All great but they should fix toilets to flush efficiently and toilet paper holder. Easy stuff and no biggie. Loved it! Will definitely go back! Thank you!

The condo is well appointed, very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The one and only suggestion, is the furniture and rug in the family room need to be either cleaned or replaced. Overall we had an incredible visit and would definitely stay here again!

We loved seeing the activity off the balcony, having restaurants on the street below us and being a block from the beach and green spaces in every direction. The Royal Destinations app is a great tool to use but the information needs to be updated and a little more thorough. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and amenities we had access to in the area between community pools and fitness center among other things were great! We never found the two bikes that came with the unit and there were a few other small things but overall great. Highly recommended for families!

Perfect Family Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time on Rosemary Beach and staying at the Mercado 4A to celebrate our son's first birthday. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. We had a little trouble with the elevator and wifi, but when I reached out, I always received a prompt response. We also only had one bike, but they brought the second bike after I contacted them. The walk to the beach was super easy, even with two toddlers in tow. The location made it so easy to go on walks to breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we wanted to. We absolutely will be back and would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mercado 4A was great! The best thing about this condo is its location to the restaurants and activities of Rosemary. The condo was nice and clean. The bedrooms were good sized. The kitchen is small, but has plenty of cookware; it was perfectly fine for what we needed. There isn't a pantry, so storing food is a little challenging, but we made it work. The only gripe I have is that this is a 3 bedroom condo and there is a miniature 4-5 cup coffee machine, which makes essentially 1 coffee cup worth of coffee for 2 people. You have to make numerous batches of coffee in the morning and the coffee machine is slow. If you had 6 coffee drinkers stay here, it would take you an hour for everybody to get 1-2 cups of coffee. Please, just get a regular coffee machine for the condo! I even asked the rental company about this during our stay and they said, "this is all we have for the unit." I ended up just going out for coffee most mornings. Other than the coffee machine (which isn't a deal breaker), the place was terrific. Would stay here again.

Ants

Ants everywhere, i emailed the manager and got a response right away... emailed them again to explain the gravity of the situation and haven'thear from them in weeks. Ants all through the kitchen, crawling around the stove to the point we could not use it, all through out clothes in the closets and our suitcases in the floor. Some ants managed to make it home with us. Will likely not use this propery again.

Lock out

2 things that were irritating. You need more detailed language on the elevator. Everyone looked for an actual keypad to put the code in. It’s the actual floor numbers that you use as the key code. Change the verbiage !! Secondly, as we were packing up the car we got locked out of the unit . Iit shut us out at 9 am and not 10:00 which was the checkout time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and newly renovated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. A few things missing could have made it more comfortable, like a shower caddy for soap. Overall the experience was comfortable and the RD folks very responsive. We did have an issue with WiFi that took a long time to clear up but the handyman was very nice and helpful. I did not care for the late Check in time and the early check out time- our locks were changed far before the 10am departure time and thus we were not able to retrieve something we left in the room. Condo was quiet despite outside noise. Would have preferred more than one beach/pool access card.

Rosemary beach condo

Lovely condo for our family of 5. Perfect location. We could walk to everything within a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were never able to use the two “complimentary bikes” due to a lack of communication and accurate guidance as to where the bikes actually were. They kept saying they were in a specific location, when in fact, they were not. Despite multiple days of trying to get help with the bikes, the issue was never resolved. The other issue was the shower in the bathroom with the bunk beds. The shower handle would get stuck and wouldn’t allow us to turn off the water, which we discovered the 2nd morning we were there. Other than the bike and shower issues, the place is in the perfect location and the condo itself was a great size and nicely updated and clean.
