Ce complexe de condominiums est OCEAN FRONT. Situé sur Tybee Island en Géorgie dans une communauté fermée confortable. Votre balcon a une vue sur l'océan comme indiqué sur les photos. Vous pouvez y voir des dauphins et de grands cargos. Les équipements sont excellents! Le complexe dispose de 2 grandes PISCINES, d'une piscine pour enfants et de 2 promenades privées sur les dunes de la plage. Vous êtes exactement à 128 pas de la plage de sable. Appartenant à un local, le condo a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Pourquoi rester dans un hôtel alors que vous pouvez avoir 2 à 3 fois plus d'espace ici.

Regardez les dauphins et les navires depuis votre balcon! Pas besoin de payer pour les visites des dauphins. Vous n'avez pas à quitter le complexe de copropriétés pour toutes vos vacances si vous ne le souhaitez pas. Lit king size dans la chambre! La plupart des autres condos de ce complexe n'ont que des lits queen. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon et 2 lits superposés pour enfants (les enfants adorent!). TV SMART 4K de 50 pouces dans le salon. SMART TV dans la chambre aussi. Wi-Fi et câble gratuits. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec grand réfrigérateur, cafetière et Keurig. Enregistrement facile avec un code de verrouillage de porte intelligent simple. Pas de clés pour trimballer à la plage.

Des serviettes de plage, des chaises longues et quelques jouets de plage sont fournis pour votre plaisir. 2 vélos disponibles pour votre utilisation gratuite. L'accès à la piscine, les courts de tennis, les barbecues au charbon de bois et le parking pour 1 voiture sont tous inclus. Vous n'avez pas non plus à quitter la propriété pour aller à la plage. Tout le monde aime s'asseoir sur le balcon et regarder les dauphins. Faites des souvenirs en marchant sur la plage et en commençant votre propre collection Sea Shell. 4 night stay
We stayed four nights at Jamie’s condo, we had a great time. The condo was clean, well stocked with things we needed, but I always bring my personal things I think that I’ll need shampoo, conditioner etc check in process was great, amenities at condo was great, close to the beach and easy to get in and out of, pool was very nice and for most part clean. A few things I noticed, can not really see dolphins or ocean well from condo balcony but it was fine we just went to beach and walked, the king size bed was great, but it was super hard and we both ended up with back and neck pain, had plenary of towels which was great! And beach towels provided also which was a plus! We couldn’t get Netflix to play, but may have just been us lol overall was a great condo, we would def stay again and recommend to friends! The atmosphere at the condos was great also, everyone nice and no riff raff all hours of the night :) Thank you Janine for a great experience for our first time at Tybee :))

Beach Therapy is right!
My husband, myself, and our two small children just loved staying here! Our oldest loved the top bunk and to our surprise there was a railing provided for our two year old could sleep on the bottom. We absolutely loved how close the walk to the beach was, as well as how clean it was! The pool was a wonderful as well just what we needed after being at the beach all day. Definitely being making our on list of places to stay again! Oh an Jamie was very helpful when we had trouble with the smart lock.

Never ending flush
The property itself was nice and cozy. Split bedroom from living space was nice. The problem that we had was the toilet had a leak and you run every 60-90 seconds for about 5-10 seconds. At first it wasn't an issue because we were not staying in the unit all day. But when it came time for bed, it proved to be an absolute nightmare. Constant running, necer stopping all night. It proved to be quite annoying.

Good location, lacking amenities
The location of this rental was great. About 20 minutes to Savannah and easy walking access to the beach. However, we were unable to use the TV except the cable and DVD player as the TV remote was MIA. We were looking forward to a king bed but it was hard as a rock. The kitchen had very basic amenities but could use more cooking ware and seasonings.

We had a great time on Tybee and the condo was perfect for our family. Jamie was an awesome host and quickly responded to all of my messages. Cannot wait to visit again!

Double Booked but Great Assistance
We were excited to show up at our rental on Tybee but became very disappointed that the property had mistakenly been double booked. My review though is based on Jaime’s response when being contacted when we discovered the gate card was already out of the box. He answered as soon as we called, was extremely apologetic, and got us reserved in another property within 10 minutes. The property he got reserved for us was actually an upgraded condo, which we know had to cost more, and our family had an amazing vacation. So, while I can’t comment on the actual property, I would recommend Jaime’s listing because of his quick responsiveness to correct the error and ensuring our family got an amazing rental to relax and enjoy in. And if you’re looking for amazing pizza in a fun relaxed environment, you have to try Huc-a-poos.

Very clean and great upgrades inside condo, steps to the pool and the beach, so easy even with kids! Quiet and nice cozy location. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach vacation
My family and I loved it. The condo was clean and newly remodled. We could see the pool and the ocean from our balcony. The beach was a VERY short walk. The sunsets were amazing. The owner was always very quick to respond if I had any questions. I have no complaints. Not a big deal, but if you plan on doing laundry on site bring your own quarters. Quarters are not easy to find on the Island.

The location was fantastic but the property had very old appliances and we saw 2 cockroaches. The great weather and proximity to the beach was great.

Loved every minute of it.
Check in was very simple. I loved the fact that it's a gated community and you have a not so busy beach for the the kids to play on. The condo was perfect for us. We absolutely loved Tybee island for our first beach vacation. Everything is very easy to find. I would highly recommend the pizza on wheels . We took a day to Savannah and it was absolutely beautiful. So many things to do . We would definitely be coming back!!

Great weekend getaway
Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out was very easy. 30 second walk to the beach was great. Our kids loved the built in bunk beds. Area under the sink did not have complimentary soap/shampoo as the binder mentioned but that is really the only thing we were missing.

Short getaway
I brought my 3 sons for a quick getaway and we enjoyed our time. I couldn’t really see the dolphins from the condo but when we were on the beach we could see a ton of them! The condo was cute and cozy and steps from the beach and pool. FYI the bunk beds are in the same room as the queen bed which was perfect for me but not if I brought my husband along. I would recommend this place.

The fan over the bed was coated with dust and the air return was also coated with dust. My husband has copd so I pay close attention, Idid clean the fan blades and tried to clean the vent.

Great Place to Stay
Condo is a little outdated, and it needs a deep clean baseboards, trim, oven, things that get overlooked but over time dirt, grime build up. We overall enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!

Wonderful last minute beach escape
We had a wonderful stay at Beach Therapy! The property was in a great location and well looked after, our kids loved the pool and beach. We saw so many dolphins! We’d love to come back again

Terrible Stay
When we checked in to our room, the refrigerator still has food inside. The refrigerator/freezer & bathroom was dirty. The water had a rotten egg smell. Our oven did not work to bake anything. The property managers onsite gave the guests a hard time at the pool. It made my family & I very uncomfortable. Speaking with other guest they had similar complaints with their stay. The bikes were advertised and not available. Overall it was not a pleasant stay and will not return to this location.

Fantastic I would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean and the kids loved the bunk beds! The condo had Sand toys already there and beach chairs which was so great!! The location is so convenient and the condo was on the first floor and right beside the stairs. The beach was not to crowded which we loved!!! Also we saw TONS of dolphins. My family and I will definitely stay again!!!!!

Absolutely perfect place on the beach!
We had a fantastic time in this relaxing condo! Sat on the beach all afternoon and probably saw over 100 dolphin. The condo was neat, clean, and comfortable. Close to everything!!! Great stuff.

Condo is just what you see on the picture. It has everything you need and the beach is walking distance from condo. Kids love the buck beds. Check in was easy. Will stay again.

Perfect for our vacation
The condo was perfect for spending time at a quiet beach, seeing hundreds of dolphins, and swimming in the well-managed pool. When we had a question about the lock, he responded in less than a minute with the answer we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a stay at Tybee with close prox to downtown Savannah!

I spend many summers with my dad on Tybee, who still lives there, right across the street from this condominium. I live just 10 minutes from Tybee on Whitemarsh Island. I have a 7-year-old daughter and a 24-year-old stepson. My hobbies include pets, cars, NASCAR, and house projects.
