Oceanfront Condo with beautiful Sunsets - Dolphins, Pools, and family fun

Thank you for your interest in our beach getaway! We have a 1 Bedroom (Queen bed) condo with a Queen sofa bed, and 1 Child's bunk that sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. This is a first floor unit that is beachfront with a GREAT view! Only a few steps to one of two pools and also a private beach boardwalk. Private, secure wifi is provided, as well as HDTV and DVD players for our guests. There are games for everyone to enjoy, movies to watch, and books to read in the living room for your enjoyment and family fun. We are located in a quiet, gated community on the north side of Tybee Island. While staying at our unit you can enjoy the 710 feet of private beach, two tennis courts, and a pickle ball court. We love to watch the ships pass and the dolphins play from our balcony especially at sunset, which is spectacular! The waters are calmer with smaller waves offering a great place for smaller children to swim. We enjoy getting our paddle board and kayaks out and paddling around to watch the dolphins and head to the historic Cockspur lighthouse or fort Pulaski. The beach is great to walk and find sea shell treasures. You can also walk to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and shops about 1 1/2 blocks away.
Our goal is to provide a wonderful, clean, and well-maintained condo with everything you need (including linens and a fully equipped kitchen).

Sleeps 5 with a maximum of 4 adults.
We have a three night minimum.
There is a laundry room directly across the hall for your use (takes quarter).
There is a strict no pet policy throughout the entire complex.
This is a non-smoking home and smoking is not permitted in our condo or balcony.
There is one parking space per condo and is strictly enforced.
No boats or trailers are allowed.
Check in at 4pm and check out is at 10 am.

Beach warnings (large fines):
Glass bottles are not allowed at the beach
Do not touch or go near sea turtles or their nests
