Family fun

Loved the split layout (2 br 1ba on each end of house) since our group was 2 families traveling together. Convenient to the SeaWorld parks we were visiting, and near good restaurants. Firework viewing across the lake was a bonus. Very spacious common area and kitchen and screened in porch.

Great house

We enjoyed staying at this vacation home. It is a perfect location for going to universal studios or sea world. I liked that it is located in a quiet little spot but still is close to everything. It is well supplied with kitchen and bathroom amenities. We had no issues.

Perfect Fit

We gathered 4 of our technology managers from around the country to get together for a group meeting and some bonding time. The home was perfect. We had access to the parks for entertainment, great dining in the area and sued the dining room for a full day of business discussions. We would absolutley rent again here!

Hidden Gem

This property is amazing it’s very close to restaurants and the theme parks. You also get the quietness to relax. This property is amazing and the house is very well kept. Very clean and the beds are comfy. The property manager Melissa is awesome. Very kind she let our children feed their horse and was a pleasure to be around. We will be back and look forward to returning.

Family Vacation

The home was nice and clean when we arrived. I thought that the home was going to be in a subdivision. We had to go through an apartment complex to get to the property. The home was located in a gated area, and we discovered that it wasn't paved. We got in and out just fine and the home had a paved driveway. I recommend paving the area around the home in the future. The area is nice and quiet and we really appreciated how clean the home was on our arrival. We had a nice stay.

Peaceful refuge that's close to everything with brand new renovation

The whole house is brand new renovated and very tastefully and beautifully done. The finishings high quality. There are huge new SmartTVs everywhere. Everything was done high end. The beds felt like you were in a hotel, so nice. The best thing about this property is you are in the middle of Orlando, minutes from all the big parks and attractions, but it is tucked away in a little gated community on a lake that is completely quiet and serene. So after a long day of hitting the parks like Disney and Sea World, you have a tranquil little escape to come rest in. Best of both worlds! There was also a homemade pumpkin pie for us upon check in since it was Thanksgiving. Nice touch. We will stay at this property again next time we come to Orlando.

Refuge in Orlando

This was a wonderful location-- we loved sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds in the live oaks with Spanish moss. So much better than staying in a hotel or resort-- it is a buffer from all the hustle and bustle. It is in its own neighborhood with about 5 other houses. We watched a heron fishing. Both Melissa and Justin were extremely helpful and accommodating. The layout of the house was great-- a nice long table for playing games and comfortable bedrooms. All the bedding and towels seemed new and everything was tastefully decorated. It was attractive but not fussy. Kitchen was well stocked. The gate is a little tricky if you need an Uber or Lyft- it works best if you have a car with you. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home

This property was beautiful, the surroundings and the lake was simply amazing. The house was very cozy, well organized and clean. The beds were soft and nice and the sheets were in good condition. Everything in our stay was great. We had a minor issue with the water which the manager handled right away, communication was fantastic. The road leading to the property was dirt road, but only for a short distance. The location was simply fantastic, closed to parks and many shopping centers.

Great experience!

We didn’t get to spent much time at the property due to being on the go so much but it had everything we needed. Great place to come home to and see the Disney fire works. It had everything we needed.

This is a dream house!

We couldn't have asked for a better house to spend our time visiting family and the parks in Orlando. This gem is off the beaten path and was an oasis after a busy day at the parks. The house is big! It was perfect for our family with 3 small kids. The kids loved the basket of toys we found in a closet, the amazing swing out back and the wonderful screened-in porch to play in. The setup of the house is so ideal!!! We even could walk down to a small beach to play in the water and enjoy the Disney fireworks. The property manager was so helpful and welcoming. Don't think a moment longer and book this house!

The best place we ever been too

The place was amazing! I actually loved it and we made it as if they knew us. Took us around the place and showed us the horse, went on the boat and the home is really nice. I would definitely come back since we go to car shows every year in Orlando. I believe we found out spot. Again thank you for having us Melissa. It was great!

Holiday vacation

Nice stay, house was spacious, clean, private, safe neighborhood, and good location. All great but showers should be updated as it took away from the rest of the house since it was mainly renovated.
