We had a wonderful stay! The rental was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect. Love that there are so many businesses within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay.The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire experience. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. We definitely will stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

This was our family's 4th vacation at this truly welcoming beach house. Everytime we walk in it feels like we are back home. The house is spacious enough, so well equipped, the kids..both little and big especially like the pool and the location couldn't be better. Eric is extrmely quick to respond to questions. We hope there are many more weeks to be had at this wonderful home at the beach.

Fantastic house! Everything you need for a wonderful beach experience! Very clean!!!!This was our second year. If it was on the beach it would be perfect but the walk isn’t that far! The owners are very friendly and are good at communicating!

This was the cleanest, nicest, most well-kept, well stocked, organized property I have ever rented!Owners are very communicative. Property has easy access to public beach access locations and easy walk or bike ride to all the activities, food, stores, etc near the pier in the heart of Surf City. Pool and whirlpool in a beautiful, tropical landscape back yard. Several areas to sit outside of several decks all with new furniture. Annual family beach week with 6 adults and 3 kids. Each had own own space, bedrooms and bathroom. Definitely plan to re-visit this house!

This was the second time we stayed here. We like the central location on the island. The pool is the highlight of the this home and the beach is only steps away, across the street.

This was our fourth year returning to this property. Need I say more??!!!\The place is always immaculate!The owners do take care of it and it shows. The location is great: you cross the street and you are at the beach!!! And you are not far from the circle if you have to go to shopping.The kitchen is well stocked, has everything you need and there are lots of options for restaurants near by. The kids love the pool with the slide and the jacuzzi is enjoyed by all of us.The 3 pm check-in time saved us from the traffic congestion at the circle. Looking into return dates for next year!!

Great Family Location

Overall a great home for a big family. The location is wonderful. The house has a few items that need some maintenance but the owner was wonderful in communicating that they were being worked on.

Yes we were notified of some issues with both the pool pump and the 2 of lights in the pool. We called a technican right away but it takes a few weeks to get the parts and for the job to get completed. Both items have now been replaced.

Great Thanksgiving stay in Surf City. The home is well located with ocean views and an easy walk to town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing over the holiday.The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortably set up for our group. While the heated pool was closed for the season, the hot tub was available and a nice bonus in cooler weather.Communication with the host was smooth and everything was as described. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lovely place, everything was needed

We had the best time vacationing here. The place was super comfortable with all the kitchen supplies we needed as a multigenerational family of 7! The place felt super clean and beds and furniture were comfortable! The kids loved the water slide and even in cooler late October the heated pool was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Topsail Experience

90 seconds to the beautiful beach and a short walk to the pier and restaurants. Perfect size pool with slide and extraordinary hot tub. Sit on the top deck and look at the ocean inbthe evening. Best kitchen we have had.

Wonderful Beach House

This was our first visit to Surf City and this property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean was still pretty cold, so we spent a lot of our time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Very close and easy to get to the beach. The home was extremely clean, organized and comfy. My whole family enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again next year!

Great week to celebrate the 4th of jul and family

The weather was great and allowed us to everything we planned. The home is perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and the atmosphere. There are many great aspects of this vacation home that enables us to relax and enjoy the many aspects of the area in Surf City.
