DÉTAILS: Détendez-vous à High Pointe, une communauté balnéaire fermée offrant des vues magnifiques, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux pour enfants et plus encore. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de l'incroyable piscine avec cascades, spa et pataugeoire. Prêt pour un peu de plage? L'accès à la plage privée est situé à moins de 100 mètres! Savourez un dîner et des boissons dans le seul restaurant sur le sable, le Crabby Steve's. Ce condo au premier étage offre un accès facile aux clients, ainsi qu'un emplacement idéal pour les plages voisines de Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach et Seaside.

Beautiful location!

This property was in a great location with a beautiful view! It was clean and ready early for check in. We loved the proximity to the pool/beach with access to beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning for us. We would definitely stay there again!

This unit was perfect for our family trip of 6. The views are perfect and easy access to food and all property amenities, shops, and restaurants. We plan on coming back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding from booking to check-in to on-site service. Management team is extremely responsive. Beeping smoke detector battery was changed immediately, refrigerator issues were addressed immediately (it would have been helpful to know it takes 24 hours for refrigerator to cool down --we would have delayed our grocery shopping for the week). The condo is beautiful in every way (decor, views, etc.).

As part of our turnover process, the fridge is thoroughly cleaned and left open to air out between guests, which can cause it to take a bit longer to reach optimal cooling temperature, especially when it's filled with groceries right at check-in. My reservation was canceled by the property with only 36 hrs notice

This reservation was canceled by host with only 26 hrs notice and no availability for similar property, due to construction. The host should have managed the issue and communicated much sooner.

When construction impacted your original condo, we offered an alternative within the same complex where no work was actively taking place. Quiet, hidden luxury on 30A.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth time to stay at 11E. It's perfect for us. Location of condo is nestled away from crowds of the ever popular Rosemary Beach. Location is ideal as there are shops and restaurants a block away. Beach access is easy (steps and ramp). The condo is upscale, beds most comfortable, kitchen utensils are ample. We appreciate that the place is always uber-clean and scent-free. Just relax, enjoy the view, and listen to the waves.
