Maison en bois rond complet sur un lac privé près de la ville, sentiers de motoneige et terrain de golf

À l'intérieur, des poutres en rondins massives, un plafond cathédrale et une vue magnifique sur le lac Tahoe à travers un mur de portes et fenêtres en verre. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de comptoirs en granit et d'un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. L'étage principal comprend également un grand coin repas et une salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne.
Un escalier en colimaçon à deux étages relie ce niveau à un loft spacieux offrant un lit king size et un coin salon. Deux niveaux plus bas du loft se trouve un sous-sol récemment rénové avec un coin lecture et deux chambres à coucher, une avec un lit king size et une avec un lit queen size. Une chambre a une grande fenêtre de 8 pieds surplombant le lac et l'autre a une porte coulissante en verre de 8 pieds avec la même vue qui mène à la terrasse inférieure. Ce niveau a également la deuxième salle de bain complète avec une autre douche.
Au niveau principal, il y a un pont enveloppant conçu pour une vue optimale avec des balustrades en verre sécurit.
La maison se trouve sur 3 acres de terrain et 145 'de façade du lac.
Location quatre saisons avec TV satellite, WiFi, proche des sentiers de motoneige / VTT / UTV, juste à côté du parcours de golf Tahoe Lynx et à seulement 3 miles de Mercer.
Bateau ponton dédié disponible à la location moyennant des frais supplémentaires.
Seulement 30-40 minutes de ski alpin dans l'UP du Michigan.

Amazing getaway location

We went on a family vacation and had such a great time. The cabin is beautiful and the lake is great for fishing. It’s a private lake so there wasn’t a ton of boat traffic which was super nice. Very quiet and relaxing. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Lake Tahoe Jackpot

Beautifully well kept log cabin with modern amenities. Private and peaceful. Caught nice sized crappies right from dock. ATV trails right at driveway. Responsive and detailed information from host. Mercer has a nice store for groceries and more. Several gas stations. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Beautiful log home on the water

This lake house was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were nice size with plenty of towels. The location was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the loons on the lake from the deck as well as the pontoon boat.

Amazing!

This was the perfect stay for our family and our pups! Great riding trails and Mercer is such a fun little town! Our pups loved to swim and just be included in our vacation. The house had all the room we needed. Very accomodating! Would love to get a bigger group and rent out both cabin someday!

Cozy cabin with incredible lake view

This cabin was very beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Everything we needed was available. Views of the lake were incredible from all over the property. The kids really enjoyed driving the pedal boat across the lake. The location is nearby biking and hiking trails, which our family also enjoyed. Thank you for offering your property for our vacation. It was a wonderful family experience, we would stay again.

Great Place!

Beautiful cabin, great communication with property manager. Kitchen would have pretty much anything you needed. Note that it’s limited as far as handicap accessibility as none of the bedrooms are on the main floor and would not be an easy path down to the boat dock. Plenty of space for lots of guests! I would stay here again. Very clean and well maintained.

Log Cabin in the woods

Our stay at John’s place was absolutely perfect! A beautiful quiet spot overlooking the lake. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We had everything we needed! A great place to relax after a day of skiing :). Communications were prompt and checking in was a breeze. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

It was a beautiful house and week with family. The pontoon was not working for the week so we were unable to get out on the lake as a family. John did send the grandma and grandson to try and fix the boat but they were unable to. Eventually we borrowed a small fishing boat.

The pontoon unfortunately broke down but I immediately gave him a FREE use of a 16 foot fishing boat equipped with 4 stroke motor as well as a trolling motor. Besides this I sold him a brand new Titleist driver at my cost because I felt bad about the pontoon. Guess some people just can't be pleased.

An idyll

This house and environment was totally perfect. The cabin was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and the private lake full of mystery and enchantment. Our first night we spent an hour and a half watching Perseids shoot through the Northern Lights. We saw loons, eagles, herons, song birds, and lovely flora, and we heard wolf packs two nights in a row. Everything was perfect. Thank you so so so much!

Perfect Getaway

Last week of June 2022. The property itself is tucked in a great location with private access to nice calm and quiet lake. Complementary paddle boat and kayaks were perfect for this location. Although a motorboat is available for an extra fee, you really wont need it. Evenings and nights were quiet and peaceful. The home/cabin is BIG and very well domesticated. You almost wont need to bring anything. On your way in, make a stop at Snow's Market for basic provisions and you're good to go for as long as you stay. Access to ATV/UTV trails is right off the main road near the cabin. We made trips to town for supplies or lunch on our ATVs. Expect some ATV-route hops to transition between trails. Also, the local maps aren't very detailed and are not up to date. We ran into so closed routes/trails sections and had to GPS our way around a bit. We also didn't get to truly explore that VAST network of trails because there just wasn't enough time, but as I mentioned, it is VAST. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a local eatery down the street, which was pretty good for the area: Cranberry Inn. As for the town of Mercer itself: keep your expectations on the lower-side, and be ready to adjust as you go. The people there are pleasant and very welcoming. However, you can tell everyone operates on some kind of season-driven schedule. The problem is, you can't tell when anyone is "in season." The trails are for ATV/UTVs, but they are also for Snowmobiles. So you really don't know when any of these places are hoppin' and at what time of the year. Many local businesses (restaurants/eateries mainly) tend to not stick to open/close schedules.

Lovely secluded get-away

Just what we needed for a peaceful few days in the woods. The cabin is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck overlooking the lake was the perfect place to drink our morning coffee or relax over dinner in the evening. It is completely enclosed, so our dog loved being out there with us, too! John is a great host, leaving us wanting for nothing! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip. The home was better then advertised, the property offered so much to do. The kayaks and pedal boat were a big hit. The dogs loved swimming in the lake. We would recommend this place to anyone that asks!!!!

Great Property / Nice Area

Very nice quiet property with good amenities. Fishing was poor during our stay, but that is not a knock on the property. Owner was responsive and courteous. Very nice community with enough to do within 30 minutes to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay again.
