Beachside Breeze - Pools, hot tub, & private beach access

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB OPEN, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/15/26, outside balcony with small ocean view, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furniture. Free parking for 2 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included. Outdoor grills available.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 3 beach towels

What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
- washing machine detergent

Optional E-Bike and Beach Cruiser Rentals:
E-bikes and beach cruisers available to rent from your host dropped off at your condo. E-bike $60/day and beach cruisers $15/day. More details are in the condo or message me before your arrival to have these ready.

The Condo was very spacious und overall comfortable. We weren’t lacking anything. Regarding cleanliness more dusting of lamps, doors and baseboards would be good but the main surface areas seemed clean and appropriate. The location is pretty close to everything and gives you plenty opportunities to have an overall relaxing vacation.

My friend and I had a wonderful, extended weekend stay at this beautiful, beachfront, multi-level condominium. With two balconies, whirlpool bathtubs, and simple walking access to the beach, we relaxed and enjoyed stunning views of this gorgeous stretch of sandy shoreline. We were joined by my friend’s daughter for three of the four nights and were especially thankful for the comfortable, fully furnished 2 bedrooms, full amenities in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and in house washer and dryer. With plenty of nearby sites to explore, location offered ease of access to historical sites such as Wright Bros. Museum and Jockey Ridge Dunes just 5 minutes away. Simple on-site parking and easy access was provided through attentive communication with the property manager/owner. Thank you, Eddie, for all your attention and care during our stay. We had an amazing trip! The home was perfect and very clean! The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find. The property owner is nice and helpful. Our condo is ocean front with views from the balcony. You are only steps away from the beach and the condos amenities are incredible. You can enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub while hearing the ocean waves and just over the dunes you can be on the beach. There is also a indoor pool and hot tub for the off season.
