At Marriott's Kauai Beach Club, the spacious 2-bedroom villas offer a comfortable, tropical-inspired retreat with breathtaking ocean and oceanfront views. Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests and features a kitchenette, living and dining areas, and two private bedrooms with plush bedding. There are no cooking facilities inside the resort, however, gas grills are available for guests to use outdoors. Ideal for families or groups, these villas also include a private lanai to enjoy Kauai’s stunning sunsets, along with convenient access to resort amenities like the expansive lagoon-style pool, beachfront access, spa, and nearby golf courses.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:

**Marriott will assign all villas at checkin within the designated view category. The floor placement/building cannot be guaranteed. Lower floor units may have obstructed views.

**Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $24.60 per night for one-bedroom villas (subject to change). This is paid to the resort at check out and is not included in the quoted rental rate.

**The complimentary Resort Shuttle is available on demand and currently only operates to and from the airport.

**Guests will check-in at a separate location in the Marriott Vacation Club Owner and Guest Services area, not in the main hotel lobby. Bellman is available at the Port for your luggage needs.

**Construction Updates:
Please note that the Royal Sonesta will be resurfacing the Main Pool deck flagstone in phases throughout 2026. During this refurbishment, the pool and hot tubs are expected to remain open; however, pool deck seating will be reduced. Thank you for your understanding as they make this important update.

Select villa lanais are undergoing railing and spalling repairs through Feb. 2026. Access and views may be limited, with possible scaffolding or cables present. All other resort amenities remain fully available.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
