Outstanding location - right on the beach. Very good responsiveness from host. Only challenge is that with the lack of air conditioning, you need to be very diligent about the use of fans and windows. Ended up being a wonderful stay.

Wonderfully quiet property and beautiful views of the ocean. The constant sound of waves was calming. The property was clean, well stocked, and even had thoughtful extras like shower products, laundry soap, iron, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for getting around the island, access to a golf course next door, and groceries in Kapaa. There is no airport noise which was a bonus. Parking was always available. Paths available for walking on the uncrowded beach were a plus.Patio offered beautiful sunrise views, breakfast in the shade, then shade again in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again. Note: Traveled late July and we did fine without AC. We used ceiling fans and floor fans which kept us cool enough.

The location was absolutely stunning and felt peaceful and relaxing, with far fewer crowds than many of the more touristy areas.The hosts were excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.What impressed us most was their honesty and kindness. I accidentally left my wedding rings behind, and they quickly found them and arranged to have them shipped back to me right away. I was incredibly grateful for their prompt help and care.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene Hawaiian getaway with exceptional hosts.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better! Great views, super clean, great beaches and restaurants to walk or bike to. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

The place was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was clean and well appointed, and the beach is RIGHT THERE! Centrally located, close to the airport (but not too close), and easy access to the whole island. Rent a car and explore—it was awesome.

Great location and proper amenities

We had everything we needed and the location is ideal. Early morning walks; strolls to the nearby parks. Golfing and Disc Golfing next door. Peaceful swimming area down the road, and snorkel included. We really loved it!

Staff was amazing.. Grounds were very clean.

Property was amazing.. Staff was nice. Laundry on site was great. Within a short distance to town but still felt like a paradise location. The bed was comfy.. Sofa bed was cumbersome to to unfold. Kitchen had what we needed. Would visit again. Thank you, The Verescaks

It took a moment to understand that not everyone follows rules the same way, we had a (weed) smoker nearby that was never located and that was the only unpleasant part. The ability to walk to the shore was really nice.
