Notre emplacement de rĂȘve condo est situĂ© dans la ville de Noord et fait partie d'un complexe de condo 26 de l'unitĂ©. Pour les amateurs de plage, il est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  seulement 600 mĂštres (un tiers d'un mile) des rives du magnifique Palm Beach, qui borde le cĂŽtĂ© ouest de l'Ăźle et est le foyer de certains des hĂŽtels les plus branchĂ©s amĂ©ricains chaĂźnes. Luxueusement dĂ©corĂ©, il comprend une chambre privĂ©e donnant sur une grande salle de bain, une cuisine fonctionnelle, une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plasma avec chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es et HD, une connexion Wi-Fi, la climatisation et tous les autres Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. We loved Steve's condo and the location. I would highly recommend staying at this very clean, fully stocked and secure facility. The 5 minute drive to Palm Beach, Ritz- Carlton and a variety of restaurants are easy to get to. We found the island to be very safe, easy accessible by car and a vibrant melting pot of many different nationalities. The locals and visitors were very friendly with a warm, welcoming population.

One happy island

Stay was great. A car is for sure needed as is not safe to walk as there no sidewalk and also is a long walk to the beach and strip. You can also visit another beaches

A hidden gem.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped condo

The Condo is in a good location (a car rental is needed) to explore the best of Aruba. Very close to Palm and Eagle Beaches. The Wacamaya pool is a great place to hang out at, for a "stay" day. Great BBQ by the pool. Well equipped kitchen. The owner, Steve, was easily accessible if needed.

Medical conference in Aruba

This property was about a mile away from my conference and a lot cheaper than a resort. When we first got there there were no towels, we had an issue with the tv (we wanted to watch the end of the Bills game lol) and our AC broke down, but Steve was immediately responsive and had everything fixed very quickly. The condo was clean and was in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Nice condo at Wacamaya

Nice condo for a couple. Comfortable with a small balcony. Large king size bed which was very comfortable. Pool area was excellent with a good mix of sun and shade. Location was close to Palm Beach and all the restaurants. Plenty of parking in a gated lot. Only complaint was no dishwasher which would be a nice upgrade. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Aruba.

This is the place to stay...

If you dislike insects and love the heat, Aruba is the place to visit, and Wacamaya is the place to stay! Clean, accurate listing, attentive property manager, a short walk to the beach and to the entertainment and restaurant district, fantastic community-like atmosphere, wonderful pool and 'hot' tub, 3 barbecues on the property if you wish to make your own meals; and, after a day of fun in the sun, a comfy king-sized bed to rest your head. Absolutely Awesome! Thanks Steve.

Everything you need

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We did have problems getting the stove to work , Steve answered our texts promptly when the problem arose. A car is necessary. We were happy with the rental.

Vacation

This place is in a great location! We rented a car to get around and I totally recommend it! Place was clean as description noted. Everything you needed Steve has available for use. The only thing would have been nice is having a few extra beach towels and an extra blanket. Description of condo says there is a hot tub, but in fact what looks like a hot tub is a smaller pool! Overall excellent experience and looking to come back and stay here again!! I highly recommended staying here!! Thanks

First time in Aruba

The condo was exactly as described. Pool area was great at end of day. Shaded areas when needed and very clean. Probably a 15 to 20 minute walk to Palm beach and 3 minutes by car. We did make it to baby beach which was great. Eagle beach was really nice also. Palm beach is the most lively of the three. All beautiful. Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Responded to all questions promptly. Will definitely return.

Great location, unit needs updating

Pro's - mostly equipped kitchen (no can opener), some kitchen condiments supplied, enough toilet paper for the week, clean, small grocery store across the street, murphy bed. Con's - limited kitchen space for food storage, broken beach chairs, only 1 plug in kitchen for 4 appliances, only 1 beach towel per person, noisy at night from the pool waterfall.

Wonderfull property for a relaxing vacation in Aruba

The property is gated and well kept. It's close to everything as long as you have a car. We enjoyed coming back to the pool after a day at the beach and the bbq grills were a bonus. The unit is a one bedroom with an additonal Murphy bed in the living room. It was well equippted with everything we needed (i.e beach towels, cookware, dishes, silverware etc.) A cooler and beach chairs were provided which saves on renting those items at the beach. Keep in mind it's a second floor so there are stairs to climb but it really wasn't an issue. Overall it was a good experiance.

2 weeks in paradise

We spent 2 weeks the Wacamaya condos in Aruba. The 1 bedroom unit was spacious and ideal for our purposes. The lovely courtyard pool is an added bonus for those days you don’t feel like going to the beach. The courtyard/pool is popular with residents so can get busy and loud at times but everyone is very friendly. The location of the condo building is within walking distance to Palm Beach area(about 15 min. walk). We were glad we rented a car as it made it that much easier to go back and forth from the condo to either Palm or Eagle beach. The walking paths that run north and south along the shore were such a nice surprise. We made extensive use of them. Love Aruba.

Wacamaya condos

We spent a week at the condo. It was our 2nd time staying at the Wacamaya condos. It is short, but quick and easy drive to the beach and restaurants. This condo was on the 2nd floor. It was clean and had everything we needed. It also had a cooler and beach chairs you could use at the beach. We did get short notice while we were there that the parking lot was closed to repavent of it. So we had to park on the North side which had very limited parking and was inconvenient to move luggage, etc. But hopefully when the work is all done on the South side parking lot, it will be nicer parking there. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here. Steve was very easy to work and contact if there was issues. Can’t wait to come back again. Sandy and Bruce

A nice play to stay in Aruba

The apartment has a nice size and all needed components (kitchen-dining-living room, bedroom, bathroom, porch). It is on the second floor of a complex of about 30 apartments divided into two buildings separated by a lovely pool of at least 30 meters in length. The location is close to the "high-rise hotel" neighborhood, making it easy to get to the northern areas of interest (Arashi Beach, Malmok Beach and California Lighthouse to the north - 15 min drive at most; Palm Beach - 10 min drive; Eagle Beach - 15 min drive) and not that far from the more southern areas (Orangestad - 25 min drive; Baby Beach - 40 min drive). In addition, many excellent stores and restaurants are easily accessible. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen area includes all needed components, the bathroom has nice facilities and the living room area is very comfortable and offers a large television with a broad range of accessible sites from multiple countries. Being off the main road, the apartment is quiet, except for the huge number of fireworks set off nearby around New Year's Day. Importantly, the owner, Steve, is quick to respond to any problems that arise. We would be very happy to return.

Better than expected

We rented this unit from Steve and he called me right away to confirm the area, the complex and to answer whatever questions that I had. Upon entering the unit we were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was clean and very well laid out, it was very safe and the furniture was very comfortable, the complex is nice and although the complex itself is in need of some TLC the unit itself was fantastic. We did have some issue's with no hot water and then on one occasion we woke up to having no water for some reason someone turned it off. We also didn't have any cable even though the ad stated cable television. Steve did have the cable installed the day before we left for home so any future guests will have cable for the TV. But in the big scheme of things we would gladly stay in this unit again.

Relaxation in Paradise!

My husband and I had an amazing time in Aruba, we could not have asked for more. The condo was beautiful, words cannot describe how happy we were to have chosen this condo. More importantly, the fact that Steve was amazing and available at all times shows that he cares about his guests! Prior to arriving to Aruba, we were given exact details as to how to get to Wacamaya from the airport. Upon arrival, we were amazed at how beautiful it was, it was nicer than the pictures. Steve put a lot of effort into focusing on what his guests may need during their stay, the condo is equipped with all amenities from A-Z. We were provided with beach chairs, coolers, and towels for the beach. A car is necessary to venture out and see all the beautiful beaches Aruba has to offer. Baby beach is a must see! If, you plan on heading to Eagle beach make sure to take the beach chairs provided as it costs $10 to rent one. We also spend a lot of time at the Divi Phoenix located on Palm Beach, you can spend the entire day at the Divi without being disturbed. This is my 5th time to Aruba and I have to say, the most enjoyable! Please, do not hesitate to book this beautiful condo. You will not regret it!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo has a balcony that opens to a courtyard surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical gardens with the central focal point being a restful waterfall flowing into a huge swimming pool. In the courtyard you can enjoy the sunny skies of Aruba in our gazebo area. Barbecues are also available for our guests. The condo complex is gated, private and very safe. The guests in the complex are comprised mostly of Canadians, Americans or Dutch.
