We had a very nice weekend. The property is very well kept and clean. The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend away. The lake views are beautiful and we did a bit of fishing off the dock. We will definitely be back!

Everything from booking to staying was easy and wonderful. The cabin was absolutely perfect, comfortable, and perfect. We caught enough fish for a good fish fry, paddled around the lake, and checked out the super cute little town. It was so helpful that anything we had forgotten, was already in the cabin for us to use. We could not have been happier with our stay and cannot wait to go back!

Highly recommend. Everything you need is already there so it makes packing easier. Perfect location. Great fishing right off of the dock but not great for swimming late July. We have gone back 4 years in a row.

We have stayed here 3 times and each time we are just as pleased! They offer everything you need for a little get away! Very clean and the owner is very friendly! We will always come back!

The cottage was so very nice and the neighbor on the one side was incredible, we exchanged phone numbers but the other side neighbors don’t want the rental next to them so we ended up leaving a day early as they were not very friendly at all. I’m hoping this doesn’t deter others from staying in the future because the property is so very nice

Montello Weekend

Our group enjoyed our 3 days stay in Montello Lake while in the area hunting. There was enough space for 5 adults to feel extremely comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip.

Relaxing family getaway vacation

The cabin was clean and enjoyed the all season room for views of the lake. They had all the necessities in the kitchen and plenty of games for children and adults. Even though we didnt go swimming or kayaking, there was equipment there to use if needed.

Had a great busy weekend in Montello. Only thing missing didn't find a microwave to reheat left overs.

Hi Billie! We enjoyed hosting you and are sorry you didn't find the microwave. There is a microwave station in the garage with many other useful items for our guests to use during their stay! Instructions for garage access are in the welcome letter that was left on the table. We hope you'll stay again!
