Venez vous détendre et faire de beaux souvenirs au Chateau on the Little Red, une résidence de vacances de luxe de 4 292 pieds carrés située sur la magnifique rivière Red Red à Heber Springs, dans l'Arkansas. Le château a été conçu par le célèbre architecte de l'Arkansas, Eugene Pfeifer Levy. Ses détails architecturaux comprennent de hauts plafonds, de grandes fenêtres, des poutres apparentes et de superbes sols en pin à larges planches.

Le château dispose d'espaces de vie somptueux offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la rivière. Trois chambres sont situées en bas, chacune avec une vue sur la rivière. Une immense quatrième chambre / chambre avec lits superposés est située au deuxième étage. La cuisine principale du château fait le bonheur des cuisiniers. Cependant, le château comprend également une deuxième cuisine complète et deux grandes salles de réunion, chacune avec son propre foyer.

Il y a un grand porche blindé et une immense terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur la rivière et se détendre en plein air. Le pont inférieur et le quai privé offrent des vues encore plus intimes sur la petite rivière Rouge.

Les terrains du château sont tout simplement spectaculaires. Les invités entrent dans l'enceinte par une entrée privée, de beaux paysages, des allées de pierre et une grande fontaine complètent le cadre luxuriant du château. et un quai privé. La petite rivière rouge offre une pêche à la truite de classe mondiale. En mai 1992, le record du monde d'une truite brune (40 livres) a été capturé à proximité.

Bien que le château soit un rêve de pêcheur, il est bien plus encore. Vous pourrez faire de la randonnée à Bridal Veil Falls, au mont Sugarloaf, à Collins Creek ou au sentier naturel Mossy Bluff, au kayak ou au paddle board sur la rivière Little Red, au ski nautique ou au saut en falaise au lac Greer Ferry, au golf au Red Apple Inn & Country Club , passez un après-midi au charmant musée du train Ruland, faites du shopping à la galerie Ellen Hobgood dans le centre-ville de Heber Springs ou tout simplement en lisant un bon livre tout en profitant du magnifique cadre du château.

The Riverfront house was lovely. The kitchen is really well stocked and both indoor and outdoor spaces are well appointed. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting.

This is our 3rd holiday family get together to this beautiful home. It won’t be our last! It has lots of room, even a second kitchen area which is great for cooking a large meal. The house has everything you could need. It’s right on the river with its own boat dock. Margo, the host, is great! She is very accommodating and informative.

The property was very clean and spacious and was exactly as described on VRBO. I was impressed, among other things, by the vaulted ceilings in living area, and by all of the provided fishing/recreational supplies at the dock. It is the best property we have stayed at over the last 25 years we have been coming to the Little Red River to be with friends/family, while fishing. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful home on the Little Red River. We had 4 couples and everyone was very comfortable. All the comforts of home were provided. Fishing right off the private dock was excellent, we brought 2 kayaks and a boat and kept them right at the dock. Would definitely go again

Margo was incredibly helpful accommodating our family for Labor Day weekend. The house is just beautiful with plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the canoe with the kids several times. Highly recommend the chateau!

Chateau on the Little Red was a beautiful and relaxing getaway for our family! The space was amazing; the storage was phenomenal; and the fishing was great! We had the most amazing stay at the Chateau on the Little Red River! The spacious kitchen and large dining table were perfect for gathering our entire family — so many wonderful memories were made there.The dock quickly became a family favorite. My brother and niece practically had to be dragged away because they wanted to spend every second out there trying to catch those beautiful rainbow trout. The peaceful setting and stunning river views made it the perfect escape.This place was absolute heaven, and we enjoyed every single moment. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed having Elizabeth’s group stay at our home! They were wonderful guests who took great care of our property. Elizabeth was good at keeping in touch and was always quick to respond. This group left our property in tip top shape which made it easy for my housekeeper to prepare for our next guests. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and her group as guests. They were terrific!

My husband and I fell in love with nearby Eden Isle after spending our first anniversary at the Red Apple Inn in 1984 and visiting often with our children as they grew up. Although we live in Memphis, we spend almost every weekend on Eden Isle. We purchased a beautiful vacation villa on Eden Isle and Greer's Ferry Lake (the Retreat at Eden Isle) in 2017, but were also always interested in a property on the nearby Little Red River.

When we noticed that the Chateau on the Little Red River was for sale, we quickly scheduled a visit and promptly purchased it in August of 2019. The Chateau was the perfect complement to our lake rentals, the Retreat at Eden Isle and Eden Isle's Fabulous Family Lake House.

The Chateau is located directly on the Little Red River around the bend from Cow Shoals and in an area that is literally teaming with trout. We love catching trout from our private dock. The setting is quiet, but close to Heber Springs.
