Welcome to Westgate Oasis, a one-of-a-kind Heber Springs retreat offering more than 2,700 square feet of indoor space plus a backyard designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying time together. One of the standout features is the private path through the backyard gate leading to Sandy Beach State Park, with the water approximately a 5-minute walk away.

Inside, the home offers comfortable gathering spaces with plenty of room to spread out. The living area features leather seating and a Smart TV, while additional Smart TVs can be found throughout the home, including the bedrooms, kitchen, den, and sunroom.

The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining, with a 6-burner chef’s stove, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. When it is time to eat, enjoy meals around the large dining table with seating for eight.

Just off the main living spaces, the sunroom provides another place to unwind and includes a dry bar, stainless steel refrigerator, and Smart TV.

Outside, the backyard is designed to be a private oasis. Relax by the pool, stretch out in a lounge chair, enjoy the hammock, or gather beneath the covered outdoor dining area. A combination gas and charcoal grill makes outdoor meals easy, and Edison-style lighting adds a warm atmosphere in the evenings.

Guests can also enjoy nearby trout fishing on the Little Red River, local nature trails, Bridal Veil Falls, downtown Heber Springs, and the historic Gem Theatre.

GOOD TO KNOW
The pool can be heated during select spring and fall months for an additional fee and requires advance notice. Guests bringing a boat can use one of several nearby launch locations.

Great place for a family vacation if you like the lake & golf! It's close to both! The grandkids loved the pool (has a slide and diving board). This was our fourth year to stay here so that tells you we love it!

We could not have been happier! The house was sparkling clean and so was the pool. The walk to the beach was perfect! We had 6 kids and 4 adults and plenty of room. Everyone wants to come back!

The home is set up beautifully less than 10 minutes from Walmart and any restaurant that you would like to eat at. The pool was awesome, we decided not to load up and go to the lake or go to Sandy Beach and just stayed around at the pool which the water was absolutely nice and enjoyed it when we were not out doing activities. The separate building with the ping-pong table is so much fun. My family enjoyed the stay in the middle of July and highly recommend anyone to stay you are absolutely love it. When we do another lake vacation, we will most definitely be staying here again.

Heber Springs Family Trip

The house was very nice. The pool was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the diving board and slide. It was also nice to be walking distance from the beach and volleyball net. Walmart was right up the street. The kids also enjoyed jumping off cliffs near the Dam Marina.

Loved, Loved, Loved!!

The place was pristine! The pool was amazing for the kids to play in all weekend. It is close to restaurants and super markets but very private. Everyone commented on how comfortable all the beds were. It was spacious and over all a lovely place to stay with our big family. We will definitely be booking this home again!!!

Great time!

Lovely house, great pool. If I were owner I'd check on cleaning crew. While house was not dirty there was trash under one bed, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the outside trash can was full (we emptied it) the pool closet needed cleaning out. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, all in all a great place to stay.

I felt cheated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner in 2 floor no working properly, big water leak in living room, a disaster! additional charge for heating the pool! It should be included in the total price, I paid 3200 dollars for three days, additional 500 dollars more to heat the pool that took a full day to heat up, I could only enjoy the pool one day

Thank you so much for your feedback and we appreciate your review. Thank you for commenting on the spotless condition of the home as well as a great location! In regards to the heated pool: It states on the listing that a one week advance notice is required to heat the pool at an additional fee per night. This is due to the high cost of gas required to heat a pool and the time it takes to heat a pool. We were notified of your request to turn it on Sat during your Friday-Monday stay. We apologize it did not heat in time, so as a courtesy we have refunded the entire fee you paid to heat the pool. I’m the future if you would like the pool heated please give us a one week advance notice and we will make sure it is heated upon your arrival for you to enjoy. Regarding the upstairs air conditioning leak: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We were not aware of the issue and the cleaning crew reported it to us on the day you checked out. We contacted an HVAC company and they came out the same day. It has been fully resolved, and we hope you return to visit us again one day!

Perfect stay. Super clean. Well maintained. And of course, very conveniently located. The host was very responsive to our one question during the stay as was the property manager. Very well stocked kitchen and supplies. They thought of every little thing esp for a large group: soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, plenty of bath and pool towels, pool toys for the kiddos, etc. Would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the ping pong table and pool! The walk to sandy beach was a nice/easy access as well! The house was stocked with anything we needed (sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc..). We had trouble with the oven and Max the maintenance man was there in no time. He was such a nice fella! We enjoyed visiting with him. We would definitely stay again! Great property overall!!!

My whole family was really impressed with the condition of the house and how clean it was. It was so close to the beach and the pool was a blast! It’s well worth the money. And they don’t give you a long list of cleanup requirements for when you leave, unlike other places. It’s also very well stocked.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials like toilet paper and even extra beach towels. The outdoor space is top notch and a short walk to sandy beach. The AC works great in the house and we actually controlled it, not the owner remotely (hate when Vrbos do that). We had 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone had plenty of space. Would stay again!
