Appartement de charme dans le quartier des Ramblas

Rénovation complète: Février 2017. Appartement de charme comprenant trois chambres et deux salles de bain, situé à quelques mètres des Ramblas et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. En plus de profiter du grand confort de cet appartement, vous pourrez vous détendre et bronzer sur la grande terrasse Chill-out de l’immeuble que nous avons aménagée avec transats, tables, chaises et douches.

Une lumière particulière et la couleur de la mer : tels sont les traits caractéristiques d’une ville méditerranéenne comme Barcelone. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons voulu que cet appartement ait ces éléments.

Il s’agit d’un appartement confortable et tranquille situé dans le quartier Gòtic, tout près des Ramblas, du port, et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Dans un passage privé, fermé le soir pour votre plus grande tranquillité. L’appartement est fonctionnel, tout juste restauré dans une belle décoration et avec tous les équipements pour un séjour idéal en famille, avec ou sans enfants. Et le meilleur se trouve sur sa terrasse : une zone chill-out spectaculaire avec solarium, en matériaux naturels et durables, pour profiter de la tiédeur du soleil d’hiver ou pour une baignade rafraîchissante dans sa superbe piscine en été.

We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our family! The location is great, walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Barceloneta beach and so many restaurants, shops, cafes and markets. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment

This is very close to Las Rambla and a short walk from the seaside and very close to taxi stands to get around the city. The apartment was very nice comfortable. Great stay.

Amazing time in Barcelona

A central location within steps of shopping, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a bonus. And Ivan was great with check-in — recommending local spots for our first night. We would absolutely stay here again!
