Belle Patrimoine Artistique duplex de gothique catalan

L'appartement de 100 m2 a une grande valeur historique car il est classé par l'UNESCO comme patrimoine artistique du gothique catalan s. XV, et était la propriété du célèbre écrivain Miguel de Cervantes dans l'une de la vision de la ville vue.

Il est entièrement rénové et transformé en un duplex lumineux préserve les anciens murs et des voûtes donnant l'espace un charme particulier pierre.

En bas se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bains privative, un évier avec bain à remous, une cuisine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique, lave-vaisselle ...) et salle à manger. Cette plante a aussi un espace annexe au salon, séparés par des rideaux épais arc et où vous pouvez également dormir, car il a un canapé-lit confortable.

À l'étage supérieur est la chambre double de maître.

Alex and Rebeca were amazing hosts. The communication with Rebeca was excellent. Alex met us at the apartment to check us in and show us the apartment, which was exactly like the pictures. My husband and I stayed here with our two children, ages 14 & 12. It was well appointed and having two bathrooms was an added plus, along with the washer and dryer which is a rarity in Europe. There is an elevator in the building, which was broken while we were there, but the apartment was in the first floor (2nd floor in US) so it wasn’t horrible. It was a great location in the Gothic Quarter near so many shops, restaurants, and sights. Five stars all around. Would stay here again and absolutely recommend!

We spent three nights with our family of 5 (kids 8-4) and absolutely loved this place. The design and architecture of the apartment was captivating and a great location. The host was flexible with our late timing due to the train delay and provided a good list of restaurants as well as a history of the spot. Spectacular apartment in a great location

Beautifully styled and spacious apartment in a 15th C building located close to the port and in the oldest part of Barcelona. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Owner was very accommodating. We hated to leave such a lovely home away from home.
