Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a door to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, respectively, plus another door each to hallway.

Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with two 140x200cm beds. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). The 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed (90x200cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

The apartment has a balcony with seating and there is also access to the furnished roof terrace, with monument views.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 7.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our storage room when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our storage room in the building.

Hi there were 4 of us and apartment had 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites it was wonderful. Near restaurants and cafes 10 minutes walk to the Sagrada Família cathedral we all had a great time and apartment was brilliant. Lillian’s was a great help thank you.

The property was large and the location was wonderful. You could see a bit of La Sagrada from the balcony which was wonderful. It was a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada and 25 minutes to Las Ramblas. We could get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. There were plenty of restaurants and groceries in the area. We like to cook and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The three bathrooms were appreciated. We never took advantage of the rooftop deck because it closed at 8 pm and evening would have been the nicest time to enjoy that. This was not a deal breaker for us though. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay.

Centrally located with subway sort close by. You can walk to many tourist attractions. The place itself is big and the 3 bathrooms are really nice. The one and only downside is there is nowhere to store your clothes in the master bedroom - no closet, no drawers.

This place is in a fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona. It has a big bedroom with two double beds, as well as two additional bedrooms, one with two tiny twins one with one twin. It would be ideal for a couple with or without children but for two couples not so ideal because one unfortunate couple will not be comfortable in either of the other bedrooms. Still, we made it work and had a great time. Casa Amalia is very close. Not to be missed! We went twice we loved it so much.

This place was overall really great and I would highly recommend it. It is in a great neighborhood. Taxi stop is right in front of building and it is on a bus route. The metro is also nearby if needed, but it is walkablable to the more touristy areas but is a bit of a walk.We appreciated the storage of our luggage before check in. The kitchen was well equiped. Every bedroom has its own vathroom which was nice. Our family of 6 slept very comfortably. This place has great views. Is also has alot of charm and we really enjoyed staying here. You can hear the rumble of the metro going by, so if your a light sleeper you may need earplugs. It also has a little elevator which was very convenient especially with luggage. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend.

The apartment was great, we stayed there for 10 nights, the beds were comfortable showers were great too. I would make one small suggestion, which is the shower curtain in the pink suite, please replace for something that fits better the bathtub. The apartment had everything we need it. The location was excellent to us. Near, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, shops, 24h convenience stores. I would totally book this place again. We had a great time in Barcelona!

So perfect! Location was unbeatable- and it was gorgeous and spacious with multiple balconies and a rooftop with incredible views. Pictures don't do it justice. And they were great communicators and allowed us to check in early. I cannot say enough positive things- best stay ever!
