Cozy home near Ft. Myers and Ave Maria , FL

We needed a place for a family of four in between different cities for weekend getaway. Communicating with Andrea was extremely easy and she responded quickly. The place was clean and organized with very easy instructions for us to follow. We would certainly consider renting again!

Family retreat

We had a great time at this property. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we needed it to be. It was very clean and had all the amenities, especially AC. It also had a massive backyard for the kids to blow off some steam. The host Andrea was super helpful and responsive, and provided us with everything we needed, especially a highchair and a baby crib. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean but short on certain things

I am happy with the rental in general, very clean and getting access to the property went well. It was short on certain small items (toilet paper rolls, washer soap, cutting board, no propane tank). Overall satisfied, the owner will surely rectify for the next guests.

This home makes a lovely hub for adventures

We are glad we chose this home. It was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. It was very central to all the places we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find. Communications with the host were good with quick replies to our questions. When staying in this area, I would definitely consider it again for a future stay.

Near JetBlue Park

We came down for some baseball at JetBlue. Very close to that and Publix. It’s not super close to beach. 30-40 minutes but certainly easy to get to also. Went kayaking with manatees about 20 minutes north and went to the wildlife refuge at Sanibel and Captiva. That was a highlight. Property was perfect for us. Nothing fancy but clean and safe and very quiet neighborhood. Host was great to communicate with us too. Would definitely stay here again when we come down for baseball.

Perfect for travel baseball tournaments in Fort Myers.

We have stayed here a couple of times. This property is in close proximity to all the fields that my boys baseball tournaments were played on. The property is very inviting and clean.

Found a great place to stay in Ft Myers :)

The place is clean, comfortable, and well organized. We covered a recent event at Ft. Myers and we're glad we made a decision to find a home close to the venue. We will definitely book this place again.

Lovely Lehigh

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean and had an abundance of amenities and conveniences, above and beyond what was detailed in the listing. We enjoyed the Roku and wall-mounted tv in all bedrooms, and the wide array of kitchen amenities. Only recommendation is better communication of check-in process (had to call owner from front door to obtain code for lockbox due to no message from owner). Also, check-out was advertised as 10am, but cleaning crew was trying to access property at 9:40.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to adventures

We really enjoyed our time here. The house is deceiving in that it looks small from the outside but is much bigger on the inside and is nicely furnished with everything needed for our stay. There is a wonderful marsh (Harns) nearby for excellent birding and easy access to many other sites in Fort Myers - there were even two burrowing owls living in the backyard. The house was accessible but the doorway to the bathroom was too narrow to accommodate a transport wheelchair and there were no grab bars in the shower, but we worked around this.
