Belle grande maison avec cour pittoresque pour déguster un café ou un vin l'aprÚs-midi. Incroyable piscine avec cascade, la cour dispose également d'un espace bar-b-que intégré. Chambre à coucher principale avec bain à remous. Toutes les chambres avec lit king ou queen. Salon ouvert sur la cuisine. Table de petit déjeuner 4 places, bar intégré 4 places. The house and grounds exceeded all expectations. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked with needed and helpful items, and the back yard is amazing.

Rosie always makes us feel so welcome. This is our second stay and we will be back when we can. The home is clean, well equiped and great for our all adult family gathering. Whither we gather in the kitchen, family room, dining room, or outside on the back patio, good discussions and lively games take place. Thank you for giving us the lovely surroundings to make this possible.

Beautiful Home, Fantastic Stay

The home is large and lovely with a beautiful courtyard and backyard. The home is large with an expansive kitchen/great run. The owners, Rosie and Braulio have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Great home away from home!

What a great property! Thoughtful amenities inside and out. The amazing backyard oasis with pool and grill was the perfect place to hang out during a hot afternoon. Prompt and easy communication with Rosalinda made the checkin process very easy. We can't wait for the next opportunity to stay again!

Best Place!

Such a beautiful home and the hosts were super nice and accommodating. After days filled with familial obligations, it was nice to come back to the tranquility of this well appointed home. Enough space for everyone and that backyard was just a dream!

Wonderful property and hosts! We had a long week of sports competition in Kingsburg and were so grateful for the location and amenities in the house! It cost less than booking multiple hotel rooms and we were able to cook meals, clean laundry, and spend down time in a very quiet and relaxing environment. The house was clean and well stocked, very high quality and comfy beds and linens! We loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen and lounging in the pool. Mahalo for all the support! Five Stars!

Very nice neighborhood. Amazing house! Very clean!

This is a very nice house. The owners were super helpful and easy to deal with. They left many extras and snacks, which was a nice touch. This is a highly recommended, great value!

AMAZING

I stay at VRBOs frequently and this was one of the best by far. Rosie is amazing and her attention to detail is unmatched in the VRBO scene. Travel the extra few minutes from Fresno it is definitely worth it.

Family Reunion in Fresno Area

Absolutely wonderful place. Can't say enough about the outdoor living space with wonderful pool, landscaping, and a top class outdoor kitchen. Landscaping all around the place was great. Inside was spotless and host provided all the extra touches (coffe k-cups, toothpaste, snacks, and even some vino!). We all relaxed and had a wonderful time. If we are ever back in the area this is defintely where we would like to stay.

Family Oasis

This home worked perfectly for our family to stay at. It was very comfortable and relaxing. It was really nice how the bedrooms are on one side of the house and the kitchen living room is on the other so when people were up and others sleeping you did not disturb. Wished we could have taken advantage more of the pool, but not heated and the nights had already turned cool. The hosts were very helpful without being intrusive.

Kingsburg Visit

This was our 2 visit in two years and we were again beyond pleased. The lush landscaping in the courtyard, front and back yards made our stay relaxing both inside and out. Kingsburg is a beautiful and safe feeling village with plenty of places to find breakfast, lunch and dinners. We had a family wedding to attend and the comfort in getting ready at Rosie's house vs a hotel was much welcomed. we are anticipating the next family event and a reason to return!!!!!!!

Perfect Hoose for Thanksgiving and Family

Rosie's home is perfect for a gathering of 8 full size adults. Having the bedroom wing and the "living wing" on seperate sides of the house is so workable. The kitchen especially is great for more than one cook at a time. We got to use all the dining possibilities, kitchen table and counter, dining room, and back porch, before the end of our week. Each has their own charm. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will be beack.

Son's Wedding

Rosie's house worked really well for us for location, price and needs. We liked that all the bedrooms had at least queen sized beds which worked well for my family. The hosts greeted us when we arrived to show us around so we did not have to read about every detail. They also responded promptly to every question I messaged before we arrived. They were very generous about leaving basic needs in the fridge, condiments, coffee and extra snacks and goodies for us. The gathering areas near the kitchen, the front entrance, the living room and by the pool and outdoor kitchen were all very comfortable. They really put a lot of thought into having guests stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

Short wedding weekend

We found Rosie’s place for a weekend wedding we were attending near by. We were only there for two nights but wish we had longer!!! The house is immaculate! THe backyard and pool were even better then the pictures! Rosie does not miss even the small details it truly is like staying at a resort! She left us snacks and essentials in the refrigerator and info on all the loca restaurants. Check in and check out we’re so easy. This house is absolutely perfect for a short weekend or a long family get together trip! Thank you so much Rosie!

Absolutely awesome!!

This home is better than described!! I don’t think the hosts could put into words how their home truly is. The cleanliness is EXCEPTIONAL. I have NEVER seen such cleanliness in any rental homes, and I’ve rented many. Yet this home is very “homely”. You feel very comfortable & the hosts also go beyond with supplying snacks, other food items to get you started, along with toiletries you may have forgotten. The hosts came over for a couple of minutes & it didn’t feel like they were “intruding” but were a very nice couple. So much so, you want to ask them to stay with you. 😊 We definitely will be booking their home again.

Lovely home

Lovely home with fully equipped kitchen, beautiful relaxing backyard and within walking distance to downtown Kingsburg. The bedrooms were very comfortable, but are very bright early in the morning making it difficult to sleep in. The extra amenities that were provided were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again.
