Three large bedrooms have been decorated with your comfort in mind and are perfect for relaxing after a busy day full of fresh air, long walks, and adventures in beautiful Parlier. Authentic wooden floors, warming rugs, bedside tables, and ample storage space create a welcoming space for you to unwind. Each room is equipped with a comfy chair, so you’ll be able to enjoy some alone time with a good book.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed and a bathroom located just outside of the bedroom door. The remaining two bedrooms each offer a comfy queen-sized bed. The basement couch can be converted into a full-size bed to accommodate additional guests.

This charming home has two full bathrooms each with a shower/tub combo, where you’ll have plenty of space to freshen up. Thoughtfully decorated to be clean, calming havens, you have a choice between a shower or a soak in the tub.

As guests, you will have full access to the entire property with the exception of the detached garage. Enjoy three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an exhilarating games room, and plenty of outdoor space throughout your stay. Additional amenities include free wifi, a dedicated desk for the working professional, and ample free parking.

This rustic farmhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a countryside vacation with the whole family, including your family pets! Parking couldn’t be easier at this spacious home. A large driveway provides you with plenty of free parking for your cars and trailers.

*Only the guests stated or represented on the reservation are allowed on the property.

*Pets (2 dogs) are welcome for a $100 fee. Please no pets directly on furniture. Pet blankets are provided.

*No one under 13 can be left unattended in pool area. All who swim are doing so at their own risk. Please make sure that pool gate latches shut.

*No smoking allowed in the house or inside of the yard. The lawn is synthetic and cannot withstand high heat.

*Please turn off barbecue and shut gas valve after use.

*Please turn off fire pit and shut gas valve after use.

*This is a vineyard and thus working farm as the description notes. Depending upon the season and the day there may be farming happening during your stay and so you may hear farm apparatus or see farm workers nearby somewhere on the 60 acres.

*There is a railroad track at the back of the 60 acre vineyard(house is at the front) with trains traveling through at various times depending upon the farming season. At its peak, one train/24 hour period can be typical and luckily it makes a quick pass through the property. Ear plugs are provided to help off-set the noise and there are dual-paned windows throughout.

*There is a staircase from the mud room area at the back of the house to the basement.

*Baby items are provided: infant tub, high chair strap on seat, infant/toddler dinnerware, outlet plugs, roll-away mini crib with sheet.

*Below is the Guest Liability Waiver for use of the Pool:

You acknowledge that the use of the pool and activities around the pool involve the potential risk of serious danger and bodily injury. Further, you acknowledge that these risks may be the result of the actions or inactions of you, your minor children, guests, or anyone else using or around the pool.

You will use the pool at your own risk assume all risk of bodily injury resulting from or around the pool on this property. The assumption of risk extends to any guest, minor children or anyone else on the property.

Further, you release the owners, their employees, heirs and successors from any loss or damage to property, physical injury, or death as a result of the use of the pool. This release extends to the injuries of any party, both directly and indirectly related to the use of and around said pool.

You agree to take reasonable precautions to ensure safety around and in the pool which include, but are not limited to, locking the gate entrance to the pool when unsupervised by an adult. Any individual who is unable to swim independently is required to wear an appropriate life vest. Additionally, you acknowledge that the owners have no responsibility to supervise the use of the pool. It is your responsibility to supervise any individuals using the pool. Any individual unable to swim or children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the pool without supervision. No pets are allowed in the pool at any time.
